we loved Daniele's house, it is in a condominium very close to Barraca Pé de Serra, you can walk there easily. The condominium is very quiet and is a few minutes drive from Vila de Serra Grande. If you want a beachfront space, you've found the ideal location!

The house is everything it promises to be! I spent three days with my wife and it was the best part of the trip. Well-organized and well-scented house, great location for shops and restaurants. Very proactive and friendly host, we felt at home and regretted not having stayed longer in the house! Ten stars!!!

The house is great and the Daniela space as a whole is really great! The Haroldo commendations made me hesitate about being in a home with a home, fearing privacy and the surprise was really good in that sense! We had full privacy, also receiving all cordiality, education and attention from him, his wife and Daniela owner. The house has all the utensils, is close to shops such as bakery, supermarket, being able to walk in some, 15 to 20 minutes and about 5 minutes by car; the distance from the island center is about 15 minutes by car. Among the animals, we saw cats, chickens, jabuti... not to say that the house is perfect... we miss a tank, because despite an excellent machine, traveling with children a tank is very used, but the Haroldo, for a change, soon became ready and assisted us with buckets that were extremely useful. Although the pool is next door, by Daniela tb, the use was great tb! We definitely recommend and will be back!

Since the first contact Renato was super attentive and careful with our needs and responds quickly to messages. We love to spend these days in your house, a clean, organized environment, with everything we need basic, I already knew the condominium but the location of the house is great, close to the beach, from the side gate we have practically left on the beach, in the period there were no loud noises around even though it was Carnival, it is a place with a perfect view of the sea to rest and enjoy nature! His house is very beautiful and organized and close to the beach. We want to come back again!

Not far from the beach (7~ min), a supermarket is about ten minutes away and equipped for cooking. I would like to point out, however, that bed linens and bath linens are not included in the price! Thanks to Rosângela for her hospitality.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish, the owner was very attentive, wonderful apartment, our wives loved the decor, spacious and clean bathrooms, great air-conditioned rooms (a double bed is missing in the second bedroom), quiet location. Anyway, everything is a 10.

Hostess Dejany is super attentive and kind, the location of the apartment is great, close to the beach, good kiosks, market nearby, well-structured condominium, impeccable apartment, well organized and has super useful utensils for the day, very welcoming and cozy place.

Excellent local, I highly recommend, well located, close to the main beaches, easy access to bakeries, supermarket, bars and restaurants. The host was very solicited and kind at all times. The condominium is very safe, clean and organized, the employees are super gentle, and the residents too.

Our 34-day stay was perfect! My husband and I, for medical reasons, stayed with Terumi again. Beautiful and quiet apartment. Everything tidy and clean. We didn't miss anything, as the space offers appliances, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and excellent quality tableware. All very well taken care of! Our GRATITUDE goes to the hostess who was always attentive and present to our requests, which were always met with extreme speed and affection. The condominium also offers a calm, wooded, organized and safe space for walking, relaxing and parking the car.

As I told Lucas, 5 stars would be too few here! Flawless apartment and condominium, leisure area, swimming pool are amazing, beach with good and cheap kiosk next door, a market that has everything, EVERYTHING! and with excellent prices, whoever stays at Lucas' apartment just packs their bags and goes... there you can buy drinks, food, meat, even car parts lol anyway, I highly recommend it and today it's the top 1 Airbnb I've stayed at!

The apartment was extremely clean and organized. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fan in the living room. A very positive point was the mosquito screens on the windows. We didn't have any discomfort. The host was super understanding about our time needs. The location is great, very close to the airport.

I really enjoyed staying at the Ap de Regi and Kaly. The location is excellent, close to the market and the beach huts. O ap corresponds to the announced, the condominium is safe and organized mto. The apartment is great, literally on the sand, with a sea view, everything in perfect condition, nothing is missing, it has all the kitchen utensils, bed linens, bath and beach towels, games for those who like them. I felt like I was at home. I wish I could have stayed there for about 8 more days 😂
