I rented the house to my employees and they loved it. The house has EVERYTHING, very organized and clean. You need to bring EVERYTHING you intend to use because the house is far from shops, it is in fact for you to rest. So, as a caveat, take everything you need and just enjoy the environment. My employees LOVE it. A very positive point is: the hosts and especially his daughter Jennifer who received the boys are WONDERFUL and helped me in an almost impossible mission, she was empathetic and spared no effort for us. a wonderful stay, all very clean and organized, faithful to the photos, the perfect beach,for those who go with a child even is excellent. It only has no structure of tents, if you want something . But this was not a problem, since we looked for the place to rest. We were greeted with a little box of candy, very kindness of the host. he also left tips of places to visit and restaurants. i went with my family we loved the place.

The beach is very quiet and was a great family stay with our children. The house's impeccable organization and cleaning. The perfect space for those looking for rest, comfort and tranquility. We had an issue with our flight from the airline and helped us. Indico as one of the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in and sure we'll be back.

This is our second time staying at Mr. Carlos's apartment. The stay was quiet. We had some difficulty getting in, but it was a defect in the electronic gatehouse of the block, which was resolved. The space was clean and organized, like the other time. Including with new utensils such as an electric fryer and wine glasses. The host is polite and kind in communication. I recommend it.

Great hosting experience. The apartment is very nice, equipped with good furniture in every room. It is all air-conditioned, thus ensuring great thermal comfort throughout its interior. The kitchen is complete, and it has a wide variety of utensils and appliances in great condition. The condominium is excellent, with an amazing swimming pool, playground, gourmet space, and a beautiful green area promoting direct contact with nature. Selma, the always-available and proactive host, answered all questions almost in real time. I recommend the space, and I hope to return on another occasion.

Wonderful stay... We start with the host: quick to respond, kind, met us, we checked in before the agreed time! Always concerned about welcoming guests, especially when it comes to cleaning the apartment. We found an organized, fragrant apartment with good linens and towels, all very clean. Super well-equipped, it even had a washing machine, ironing board and iron. An excellent pool... super clean too! Facing the sea, it has a very beautiful view, the only discomfort, for those who like privacy, are the neighbors who live in the neighborhood above, they can see what happens there. As for the location, it's outstanding! Near the Cathedral, we went to Vesuvius and Bataclan on foot. Overall, we were very happy with what we found! Marcus, our host, is to be congratulated!!!

Large house and ready to receive a high number of people. The kitchen You have many dishes, glasses, cutlery, two stoves, freezers, refrigerator and airfryer. The yard is large and comfortable, gourmet area with barbecue, oven and wood-burning stove, perfect! Very close to the sea (less than 5 minute walk). All rooms have air conditioning, making the stay much more comfortable. What could be better was the pool (the owner informed that it will improve in the future) and the gates urgently need maintenance, too complicated to open and close, I almost dropped on arrival. Tirando these details I loved the house.

The apartment is great, literally on the sand, with a sea view, everything in perfect condition, nothing is missing, it has all the kitchen utensils, bed linens, bath and beach towels, games for those who like them. I felt like I was at home. I wish I could have stayed there for about 8 more days 😂

I and my family love local, host Márcia is a great person and we've taken care of everything very well. The place is the same as the ones in the pictures. We will definitely come back more often.

Beautiful house and great location. Lucilia and the housekeeper Regi were very friendly, responsive and helpful. Many small local places around to eat, safe area and great beach to explore. The pool looks much bigger n the photos but we made the best of it. We've built beautiful memories there and would certainly be back one day.

The house next to the sea is wonderful. You can hear the sound of the waves from the room! The balcony is huge, sitting all the time watching the sea and the waves breaking! We had barbecues on the top floor! Haroldo is a blessing in the house! His assistance is first class! He is attentive with everything! The house worked perfectly, the pool is beautiful! We can say that we will return without a doubt!

I loved staying here honestly. The view is impeccable. The hosts were very thoughtful and moved the check in time to when it would be most convenient for me. Super top quality service. We are 20 days hosted with 2 pets. Soraia was of unparalleled kindness, promptness and professionalism. The unit we stayed in (n. 04) served us very well. We made some suggestions that I think will certainly make the space much more interesting. No garage, eh fact and that left me half Insecure but over the days I noticed a good neighborhood and I had no problem with my car on the street, nor with my entrances and exits from the property during dawn. Therefore, without any fear I recommend the accommodation offered by Soraia.
