A safe neighborhood (Pontal), close to many amenities such as markets, restaurants, bars, pubs, delicatessens, pharmacies, etc. The airport is a 5-minute walk from the site. The historic center is 3 km away. The beaches begin 1.5 km away and stretch along a long stretch of coastline. There is a small beach (Concha) in the neighborhood with calmer waters located behind Morro de Pernambuco, a preserved place with a beautiful view of the city.
