The house is simple, but it meets perfectly!! The leisure area is wonderful, the location is perfect, truly standing on the sand, beautiful, clean and quiet beach! It is not far from the airport. Rita Hosts, Roy and the homemaker, Agnaldo were super helpful !

All perfect! This was the first stay I stayed that surpassed the photos (the photos cannot convey the perfection and warmth of this house!) It has air-conditioning in all the rooms and the house has everything you need, covered, sheets, pillows, spare towels, and a full kitchen. Me and my family just love it. We had only one incident with a chair that when we arrived and we went to dinner, we noticed that it was swinging a little, but we think it would be no risk since the host said that the whole house was right, but on the day of leaving, when we were at lunch, this chair broke taking me to the floor and hurt my two legs a lot, and when I passed what happened to the house administrators, they said that the chair was not soft because they had checked before(but I'm sure if they checked it was superficially, because when sitting was clear that it was soft. Now they are asking us to pay to arrange the chair.

Its impossible to describe this place. It has everything you need to have the time of your life. The check in was really easy, and Tinho and Dita, who are the house keepers, made us feel right at home, with some really cold coconut water. It is ridiculously close to a perfect beach. Amazing cooking area, with all that you need. Swimming pool is great and right in front of the grill. We already spoke to Kamala, who is an amazing hostess, and are definitely coming back. Just go.

Not far from the beach (7~ min), a supermarket is about ten minutes away and equipped for cooking. I would like to point out, however, that bed linens and bath linens are not included in the price! Thanks to Rosângela for her hospitality.

This apartment is undoubtedly a find! In addition to being super cozy, which in itself already guarantees a pleasant and relaxing stay, its easy location is a very high point. Having easy access to various points of the city makes the experience so much more practical and convenient. To complete, the decoration is super well decorated, revealing a care in the details that contributes immensely to the cosy atmosphere of the space.

We stayed for a week at Wallace's beach house. He and his wife were kind and punctual with us. Always willing to assist us in the necessary things of the house.The local and good ,quiet, and the beach is beautiful.Super recommend it.

My family and I spent wonderful days at Ariane's house. Since the first contact was attentive, Paula the person responsible for receiving us was also very kind, attentive and helpful. The house is close to the beach, a condominium under construction but very tasty.

The host was very kind and allowed to make the check in and check-out times more flexible. The dwelling was perfect and with great location. I recommend it.

Initially I can say that expectations were exceeded when we arrived at the house. The pictures were certainly not able to show the reality of the place that is much more beautiful. The house is new, well decorated and very functional. The view is truly spectacular and lives up to the promised. I would also like to make up the details and whims of the hosts. They think of the details, for example: they left 3 gallons with drinking water, citronella candles for insects ( nor were they used, as there were practically no insects), beach and shrimp chairs, bed clothes, household utensils, in short, very well equipped. As we went to pass New Year's, they left us a sparkling wine. Caring makes all the difference! We had some unforeseen events with the water tank, but the hosts were quick and quick to take care of everything. Finally I recommend the location, without a doubt!

Natalia's apt exactly matches the listing description. Very nice! The outside area of the apartment is great for staying, TV with all the channels in the living room which was great. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Natalia is wonderful , she did everything to help us, super attentive, gave us many tips. There are good markets nearby and an ice cream shop that was a success. The condominium is very good, the car space of the apartment is in front of the entrance of the block. The pool and barbecue area is very good, the condominium is very quiet. I was super satisfied and coming back to Ilheus, definitely where I will stay.

I really like the place, easy to find, no mistake!! Very well ventilated, clean and comfortable house. Very attentive owners and receptive to bringing pets, I even took one! They respond quickly, answer all questions, very helpful in general. Strongly recommend it! Bonus: The house has a gourmet area in the backyard where you can bring friends together for a barbecue and chat!
