My stay was excellent, we had no problem, super organized and clean apartment, good decoration. Mr. Milton always available. The beach in front is great for bathing and hiking. My children loved it, we even added one day to our stay. However, you need to have a car to reach other beaches, restaurants and markets. Nothing too far away, 20 minutes is in the center of Serra Grande. The condominium itself needs painting and maintenance, but the apartment and the beach make up. I'll come back other times.

The apartment is great, literally on the sand, with a sea view, everything in perfect condition, nothing is missing, it has all the kitchen utensils, bed linens, bath and beach towels, games for those who like them. Pedro, we passed it on to his father-in-law who lives in the area and everything I requested the father-in-law responded quickly, we had a small incident inside the condominium and Pedro's father-in-law came quickly and resolved it !!! We were able to enjoy it a lot even on a cloudy day.

I enjoyed my stay at Mr. Adailton's apartment. Mrs. Meire, a dear, who attended to us at check-in and check-out, was requested to give all the information about the apartment. The cleaning was impeccable, the kitchen utensils were in perfect condition, as well as the furniture and mattresses. The care that Mr. Adailton has with the apartment is noticeable. Everything was perfect. Bath towels, face towels and bath mats were impeccable. The only detail that was lacking was in question the bedding, I am allergic and the sheet that was the lining of the beds was not 100% cotton, there was no sheet to cover, only the hammocks that were 100% polyester and the pillow holder that served as a pillowcase, of the same material. Otherwise, everything was perfect. My family loved the apartment.
