Wilson was very attentive! The house is wonderful and very spacious, very comfortable and with everything we could need in our stay. Near the beach and with easy access to the highway to other beaches, plenty of green areas around, a parack to stroll with the pets, groceries in front of the beach and larger markets nearby.. that is, everything perfect!

Our stay was excellent! The house was impeccably clean, super comfortable and in an incredible location, very close to the beach and easy to access to commerce. The host was extremely attentive and always responded quickly to our questions. The house exceeded our expectations, being even better than advertised. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

Firstly, it should be said that Ilidia is so kind! She is very easy to talk to gives you time to yourself and also to socialize if you like. She is very welcoming in her home and even helped to show around the town ! She is really amazing as is her cohost who is also very kind! The apartment itself is very airy, clean and quiet. It was a really awesome place to go for a few days. And it is really close to some amazing beaches! Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon to visit! Thank you so much for everything !

Claudia got ready and answered all my questions before checkin, also gave some tips on beaches and what to do in the city. At the entrance, your Ailton welcomed us well and explained every detail of the house, which was the high point of this trip. What a beautiful house, designed in every detail, super clean, well-equipped kitchen, cozy room, all the bedding rooms that served us very well because it was a rainy weekend, so we stayed longer inside it, the yard is something apart, that we love. The condominium is also very good, the pool is right in front. We love and whenever we can, we will be back. Thanks Claudia and your Ailton for Hospitality.

The house is in a very nice condominium. The property is great, well decorated, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and the kitchen, although small, is very well equipped. The condominium is a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach of Santiago. I recommend it.

Alexandre was very helpful! House is exactly the same as publication, the back of the house is a delight! The rooms meet the need, it has no air, but it has a balcony and powerful fans. All very good, we will be back for sure

We really liked the house, it is very functional and very well organized. We found everything we needed to spend the days. Full kitchen, bedrooms with fans (the owner warned that they were broken), however, the air-conditioners were working very well. Bathrooms with great showers, living room with TV and internet working well. Fantastic barbecue. Condominium with a game room and an amazing pool !!! We loved that part... lol We visited Boiçucanga beach, but we really liked Praia da Baleia, which is just after Comburi, not far from where we were staying. I rate our days at Teresa's house very well, who attended to us promptly and was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. I recommend it and we'll be back for sure!!! Thanks.

I'd like to highlight the attention received by the hosts. Their willingness and speed in responding was excellent. The house is just as seen in the photos, very nice, neat and comfortable. And its location is perfect, one block from a beach that we found spectacular!! We'll be back for sure!!!

The house is exactly like the pictures. What best defines it is “cozy”. You feel yourself in a cared place with good spirits from the first moment. All organized, clean, decorated with whim but without excesses, with a good place to pack your things. What I needed was promptly attended by the couple and I had all the necessary information. The garden around the dining table also has a wonderful energy. We loved being there and I was really sorry I had to leave ❤️

very good stay, local as in the photos, very complete house, clean and organized. well located near the supermarket, the center, restaurants, shops and the beach. the very helpful host and always the disposition. condominium caretaker also very polite and helpful. the only observation is that the pool is very cold is in the shade most of the day. but in general no complaints, excellent option.

The house is new, very functional and in very good taste. Excellent location, close to markets and snack bars and, at the same time, with plenty of provacity and quietness. Very close beach. I recommend and will certainly be back.

We love staying at Gilberto's place! Very nice and beautiful! Very complete! All clean and brand new. We caught rainy days but we didn't even feel it because we enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi a lot, the hot water in the pool made a difference. I highly recommend it!
