Eduardo was very cool with us , passing instructions supporting our needs, the house matches the photos, I felt at home, a good structure, as to the place of the condominium and sensational, place with a beautiful and very quiet landscape, condominium is located on the banks of the una river, fantastic, for sure I indicate the place in all ways, they can go without fear, my stay period was this Easter holiday, and even with the rain gave to take too much.

It was an excellent trip, Chalé do Rubens was a find for me who just wanted to spend a quiet weekend on the beach, the space is clean and comfortable, the view is amazing and super close to the beaches. The service was also easy, in addition to Rubens, other employees helped us with check-in and accommodation.

I have been several times on the island, and in the condominium in a few other times and I love besides being a beautiful place and a lot of peace has a delicious pool and with the convenience of having a transfer that takes us practically in front of the private beach of the condominium that is delicious, this beach is my favorite end up not even leaving by car by day for liking the beach that it faces so much! Marih from the beginning was super gentle and attentive, sent several local recommendations, responded promptly. The House was exactly as in the pictures and description. Nothing to complain about, just gratitude. There was a day to night that rained a lot and we ran out of water, but the next day, early, the water was restored. Marih was attentive all the time.. The place is beautiful and there's a peace. There's a little piece of road on the ground, a 1km thing, but it's well beat, no hole, and super open. From town to the night arriving quietly. But with the heavy rain it had in one night, the road the next day was in the same way, with no holes...

The place is beautiful, close to everything, I had no difficulty, I went to Maresias every day, the host was always helpful, sent a guide to the place, helped a lot!

Extremely nice clean place. Maristela is an amazing host, responds quickly, eases check-in and check-out, making it very easy to stay. The loft is exactly the same as in the pictures, very structured, has all the necessary utensils, in addition to being in a great location. Close to the beach and local shops. We had an amazing experience and can enjoy everything with our pets in complete safety. I have nothing to complain about... The loft and the hospitality of Maristela are wonderful. I'd come back without a second thought!

I SIMPLY LOVED THE SPACE PROVIDED BY THE HOST FERNANDO , THAT WARMTH, EVERYTHING IMPECCABLE, MAGNIFICENT DECOR, THE DUPLEX HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED , HAD ALL THE KITCHEN UTENSILS, TO HAIR DRYERS IN THE TWO BATHROOMS, IRON , CEILING FAN WITH REMOTE CONTROL, AIR CONDITIONING TBM, THE WONDERFUL CONDOMINIUM, THE POLISHED STAFF, THE DUPLEX IS VERY CLOSE TO THE POOLS THAT I LOVED TBM , EMFIM ONLY HAVE COMPLIMENTS , OBGD FERNANDO FOR EVERYTHING , ( KNOW THAT WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR HOME , AS IF OURS ) WE WILL BE BACK IN A COMING OPPORTUNITY!!!😊😊😊👏👏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🤛

Positive points: it has a good shower, comfortable bed, air-conditioning worked well, basic needs and all the utensils described were available, close to bakery and markets. Negative points: the garage is open, there is no gate or wall; any pedestrian who passes by can touch the vehicle and even though there is a security camera, this type of information must be fundamental in the listing, because in the photos you could not see that the garage was like this. We stayed on the first floor and the other guests who passed by our loft could see inside, especially with the lights on and we only found out later and started lowering the awning to have privacy. We think it would be good to have pots to store food. Overall, all details are properly consistent with the author's description. We felt good and suggest that you stay on site. It was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. Paty and her family were very receptive and attentive, which makes a big difference. The place is as described in the photos, everything is clean and well organized, a supermarket nearby, the convenience of an elevator and parking. Access to several beaches. Thank you very much, we'll be back more often!!

The stay was wonderful, the loft is super well equipped and clean, the bath towels were super fragrant and both Thiago and Tamie are super attentive.

wonderful village, I spent incredible days there with my husband and I hope to come back more often. Just a fuse for you, fix the entrance because a lot of cars have difficulty getting into the garage because it picks up a lot under the car and you see that the car I use is not even a little lowered and even then it took a lot, we had to let the car sleep on the street on one of the night for the bumper not going out when entering the loft garage, taking that great place is great loft, without words to describe and the neighborhood super quiet and calm, very safe 😘☺️

The stay was wonderful. Marcos is a very receptive and super attentive person! The place is exactly as in the pictures and the environment was very clean. You could leave the pool and barbecue available until 10pm at least, come back from the beach in the late afternoon and be able to take a pool bath and eat a barbecue would be excellent

Great location, close to the ferry and easy access to both the north and south side of the island. The space is super cozy, and it served us super well! Mr. Denilson tb was a ball show! Attentive, helpful and super polite.

I was amazed by the place and the accommodation. Everything was perfect, the house extremely clean, privacy, comfort and market practically next door. I loved it. Rachelli and her mom hosted us really well. We'll be back.
