Wonderful house located less than 100 meters from Portinho Beach, easy access, super safe and close to other beaches and waterfalls in the south of the island. House with 4 en-suites, air-conditioning and another small bedroom with a double bed with fan, accommodations for 12 people, with integrated living, TV and dining room, large and equipped kitchen. Beautiful leisure space with swimming pool, barbecue and pizza oven, ramp with access to the sea, great for those who like to dive, with a shipwreck in front of the house, the Velasques ship! The house is not suitable for children and the elderly, as it has stairs and high places

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Paradise in Ilhabela !!!

My place is near Beaches, Diving Spot, Tennis Court, Soccer, Pier Fishing, etc.... Capacity for 12 Guests. The house has an exclusive pool, with lighting, hydro, heating (optional, separate), integrated sauna, all next to the Deck, overlooking the sea, next to the barbecue, forming an excellent leisure area, with a table to serve everyone and 4 sun loungers. At the pier, there is an excellent place to dive and see turtles, countless fish and stingrays.
