Wonderful house in the Cocaia neighborhood of Ilhabela. Perfect for home office (fiber optic / 300mbps) and for enjoying worry-free days! The house is on the mountain with lots of nature and beautiful waterfall in the garden (3min walking). From the top of the house there is a beautiful sea view and wonderful sunsets! The place enchants and besides being calm, it is very reserved! Ideal for a couple or family. Close to the Perequê neighborhood (10min by car) with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, restaurants, beaches and 20 minutes from the Village.
