Featuring an incredible view of the sea and located on the same avenue as the island's southern beaches, the beach house is surrounded by a lot of nature. Our house has beach decor, new furniture and utensils. Close to the beaches: Praia das Conchas, Praia do Veloso and Praia do Curral.

This house in a privileged location is 800 meters from the historic center, 300 meters from Saco da Capela beach and the trendy Sea Club. Several beach kiosks with full infrastructure, bar and toilets. Reference point for great restaurants. Supermarket 150 meters away. Bike path and easy access to any point in the city. House designed for couples of good taste, very charming, with an extremely beautiful decoration. That will bring an unforgettable memory.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
