The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with my family, I have a 5-month-old baby, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all our needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We had a barbecue, we went to the gym, it was amazing. Regarding the apartment, it is large and very airy, there are not many insects (it was a concern of mine because we know there are many animals on the north coast), but I didn't even have to put repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missing were adjustments to the bathroom outlets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I couldn't dry my hair or use a flat iron because the outlets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and solves problems quickly. I intend to return!

We had an amazing stay! The house is spectacular, much better than in the photos. It faces the sea, providing a wonderful view from sunrise to sunset. I highlight the perfect infinity pool for relaxing, the well-equipped gym and a functional office — ideal for those who need to work while traveling. The carp lake is right at the entrance to the house and creates a very pleasant atmosphere. The gourmet area is excellent, it has a gas barbecue, as well as a brewery and wine cellar. The kitchen is complete, excellent for those who like to cook and feel at home. The various living spaces make the experience unique and comfortable. Highly recommended for those seeking exclusivity, complete leisure and direct contact with nature!

The whole house is clean, smells good and is organized, I will definitely come back again. The access to get to the house is a very steep slope, so it is better that the person has a car. My stay was great. All rooms have a fan and air conditioning. Very good!

My stay was amazing, the house is in an excellent location and is safe and spacious. The house has everything you need, we cooked, baked, bread and desserts! It has a good barbecue space. Solange is very attentive and gave us tips on ferries and tours we took to Bonete, we will definitely be back.

Lucila's house is great. I spent my birthday with a group of 10 friends. 3 excellent double bedrooms and another bedroom for 4 people that accommodated everyone perfectly. Meire, who was recommended by Lucila to take care of the house and kitchen, is also great. I recommend it to everyone and I will be back for sure.

The house and the apartment are exactly as described. The surroundings are very good with a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The large beach is nearby, approximately 600 meters. A really beautiful, comfortable, well-located and well-equipped home. Beautiful ocean view. The stay was very short, but pleasant. We felt at home and could rest very comfortably. The condominium is great and has a reserved area on the beach in front for the unit owners, with identification. The host responded promptly. It was worth it and we definitely want to go back. We highly recommend it.
