The view from the apartment is beautiful! The air-conditioning is wonderful in this heat. ☀️Everything was wonderful and Rosângela was always attentive to my questions. I recommend it and we'll be back!!!

Apartment has a spectacular location facing the Sea! All close by including the center of Caraguatatuba that takes 10 to 15 minutes by car. Balcony side to the Sea, where you sleep and wake up listening to the waves of the Sea. You leave the apartment turning the street to the left the sea and more calm, close to the river, for the elderly and children and perfect. Bakery, market, not walking from 3 minutes. Well-equipped apartment, the only thing it didn't have was the large freezer and drinking fountain like the photo, I think it was in maintenance, and that's fine! Super polite condominium employees, everything is always clean. Perfect Pool, facing the sea. It has the Jamaica kiosk facing, just across the street. It's worth it, it was the best stay I had! Teresinha was very solicitous with everything and I am super grateful, I will return yesmmmmm Super indico galera, you won't regret it.

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

The super comfortable apartment, with many accommodations, very clean td, all the necessary utensils, tds the rooms with air conditioning, sensational pool and location one of the best...we love and we will return whenever possible... We highly recommend...

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

The apartment is very nice, bright, spacious and super comfortable. Full kitchen for a great stay. The view is beautiful, of the mountains and the sea. The condominium is very safe and very complete. Mara, the hostess, was super attentive. We loved everything!

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with my family, I have a 5-month-old baby, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all our needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We had a barbecue, we went to the gym, it was amazing. Regarding the apartment, it is large and very airy, there are not many insects (it was a concern of mine because we know there are many animals on the north coast), but I didn't even have to put repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missing were adjustments to the bathroom outlets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I couldn't dry my hair or use a flat iron because the outlets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and solves problems quickly. I intend to return!

Our families liked the house with its comfort and convenience. The location is very good, it allows you to walk, ride a bike, and there is a good supermarket nearby, so you don't need to use a car. Restaurants are very close too, we went to Portinho on foot, a restaurant with great dish options. Patrick is an excellent host who is always available to help and respond to messages. Denise, recommended by Patrick, was a pleasant surprise. We woke up with the breakfast table ready, with fresh bread and everything we asked Denise for, including lunch with desserts. Denise has a scooter, which she used whenever necessary to buy something we asked for. In short, we loved it and will be back on other occasions.

Leila always very helpful and kind, served us super well. Very cool house, met the statistics. For those looking for tranquility, this beach meets perfectly, calm sea, and quiet beach. City Centre very cool, but it's not very close.

The whole house is clean, smells good and is organized, I will definitely come back again. The access to get to the house is a very steep slope, so it is better that the person has a car. My stay was great. All rooms have a fan and air conditioning. Very good!

Beautiful house and decor. Surrounded by nature, with a bit of a view and a nice pool. Walking to the nearest beach (Veloso beach) is a bit too much because the house itself is far back in the complex. However, security allowed is to drive all the way to the front gate and park the car at the visitor’s spot. The walk from there is 5 minutes.

A really wonderful house, comfortable beds, an incredible view, you really don't want to leave. Cooking with that view is amazing. We had a family vacation, where there were different spots to work, read, and take in the view. Cyntia, the employee who helped with everything in the house, was really helpful. He cooked for us and was there to meet our needs. Juli the same, she got me everything I asked for/ I would really come back a thousand times!

I love Ilhabela and enjoying this trip in such an amazing house made it so much more special. The house is clean and super complete, we don't have to worry about anything, it's very close to Papaio, an amazing kiosk on Curral beach, I hope to return soon.
