A great apartment, in a quiet and family building, I felt at home, and Geoffrey giving the necessary support at all times, I highly recommend it!

Nicolas was really went above and beyond. We arrived late due to bus. I waited him wait more than hour. Still he was really nice and didn’t bother. He explained everything one by one and provided guidance what I can do around (restaurants, cafes, pastries and groceries). The unit was fitting perfectly for my trip of ten days. The apartment is in pristine condition. The location of the apartment was super. It is steps away to the river where there is relaxed coffees along with. There might be some noise at Friday and Saturday nights, but it’s tolerable considering the lively neighborhood. I would live this neighborhood if I lived in Nantes.

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

It's a decent homely space. Lovely spot, short walk to some lovely cafes and bars.
