The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Little House very quiet near place Viarme

Have a wonderful stay in my Little House. It is located in my garden with an individual entry way. The house is on 2 levels : the ground floor with a living room and a kitchen. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with very good martress and a bathroom with toilets. The house is near the rue de Hauts Pavés where you will find all kind of shops, groceries, restaurants and even a small supermarket. The tramway station is Poitou and within 2 minutes walking distance.

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. The apartment located in the city center 2 steps from the train station, is beautifully decorated and equipped. Check-in is very simple and communication with the concierge company is very simple, quick and pleasant. You have free parking space 5'walk away, a luxury in the city center. We came 2 days to 3 couples 1 baby and 1 dog, it was just perfect. I would recommend the place without a second thought.

What a beautiful apartment at the perfect location in town! Catherine and Pascal welcomed us upon our arrival and walk through the particulars. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Surrounded by shops restaurants and just a few minutes walk from trams or buses. There is no elevator in the building but Pascal helped us carrying up and down the stairs which was very nice. Thank you so much and your place made our trip very special and memorable!

It’s a beautiful little flat that I felt comfortable in, was near the tram line and I was totally comfortable. There is also a Carrefour right across the street which was convenient. The host was helpful, responsive and friendly.

The terrace features two lounge chairs and a small table, set on synthetic grass. A view of the water and greenery is visible beyond the railing, offering a serene outdoor space. The sky above is partly cloudy, enhancing the calm ambiance.
