Good location and specious apartment

パリ中心部から少し離れていますが、平穏で落ち着ける環境でした。近くにスーパーもあり、帰ってきてから食事を作るのにも便利な環境です。 そして、部屋はシンプルでとてもリラックス出来るインテリアで心地よい時間を過ごせました。長い旅では極めて重要です。建物もとても新しく設備的にも安心です。 何より、オーナーがとても親切で迅速な返信、オススメスポットのアドバイスなど親身に行ってくれて安心しました。 ベストな部屋でした。

this flat is very open and the window facing room is quite bright. it does have folding exterior metal shutters that makes it easy to sleep and cuts out all the noise. The bed is comfy although not a separate room with a door. it opens into the hallway that connects the bathroom at the door of the flat and the kitchen next, the bed And then the living room and dining area with the windows. we were met promptly at the flat and shown around. we did not use the TV but spent a long time walking around Paris. this is not as close to the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks but that is what we wanted. it's in a much more Parisian, not touristy, section of Paris.

Great location, very centrally located. Excellent boulangerie right next door. Less than 5 min walk to Hotel Deville and Carnvalet Metro stations. 5 min walk to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, and Conciergerie. The only draw back was not having a window. But since we were there to get out and sight see it wasn't a problem.

Perfect place. 20 min away from central Paris. Highly recommend for everyone who wants to visit and explore Paris and have peace of mind after busy day in city.

Kat is a delightful host, so helpful and responsive. She truly wants her guests to enjoy their stay. Her apartment is small but extremely well thought out. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. There is a Murphy bed which folds down into the lounge area. We left it down for the duration of our stay. It is very comfortable. Large windows open out onto a very narrow balcony with a fabulous view. We enjoyed sitting out and listening to the street noise/music below. When the windows are closed it is very peaceful and we slept well. Kat’s apartment is located in the Marais which is a wonderful area to explore. Lots of good restaurants and cafes close by and we ate well, guilt free as the 93 steps up to Kat’s apartment provided good exercise every day! This was our first visit to Paris and we loved it, thankyou Kat.

Claudia truly went above and beyond as a host during my stay in Paris. From the moment I arrived, she greeted my boyfriend and me with a warm smile and a sense of hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. She thoughtfully brought over fresh, buttery croissants and a bottle of red wine, a perfect touch to start my Parisian experience. Every detail of her apartment reflected the charm and elegance of the city—cozy, stylish, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better. Nestled in the heart of Paris, it was just steps away from iconic Parisian landmarks, quaint cafés, and cultural treasures. As I was in the city for work, the proximity to key business districts made my stay incredibly convenient. Yet, after a long day, it was also the perfect retreat, offering peace and comfort in the midst of the city’s vibrant energy. I can’t help but long for the Parisian life again—the way Claudia made everything feel effortless and unforgettable ❤️

Sophie foi uma excelente anfitriã, me deixando muito a vontade e se comunicando de forma mais clara possível, pois não falo francês ou inglês então ela se esforçou muito, mostrou as comodidades da casa, linda e deixou regalos , como água , petiscos , foi incrível minha estadia 😍🙏

Ziad and his family’s home was perfect for our visit with extended family and friends. The gated yard provided a sense of security, and the outdoor space was beautifully maintained. Ziad’s hospitality was incredibly welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for both short and long stays. The home is conveniently located within walking distance of the La Défense Arena, as well as nearby markets, bakeries, and a variety of eateries. It’s also very easy to arrange Uber pickups and drop-offs, making it simple to spend the day exploring Paris. I can’t say enough great things about Ziad’s place—you just have to book it!

We had a great stay at Emilie & Nicolas house. They gave easy instructions for getting into the property and tips about local amenities prior to staying. The home is in a lovely area with bakeries & shops and a train station nearby which got you quickly into the centre of Paris. Having the secure parking space is also a great addition. The home felt welcoming and having 3 single beds in one room for our 3 children was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again

I and my family had a memorable stay. From the beginning of the reservation made. We had a contact from Tarik about our arrival. He provided flexibility check in time, the day of we arrived. He waited us at the street to extend the warm welcome. The impressive things are about the welcome fruit, bread, milk and juice for next day morning due to we arrived on Sunday late. The house is exactly the same as picture display. Sufficient and spacious bedrooms, as well as the impeccable game room for child. Basically the house has everything you need. Forgot to mention the location where is very closed to metro in both stations with 5-7mins walk. Surrounding area is quite and safe. On th departure day, we scheduled a time to meet and run smoothly. Overall the price we paid that it is worth and recommend for any family too.

Très bon séjour , j’ai pu réviser et passer mon examen en bonne condition. Hote disponible , accueillant . Le studio correspondait parfaitement aux descriptions , bien équipé .

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nathalie ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und großzügige Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und es war alles Notwendige für den Aufenthalt und noch mehr vorhanden. Die Unterkunft sowie Nathalie als Gastgeberin sind sehr zu empfehlen; sie ist eine sympathische, leidenschaftliche Gastgeberin.

We had a wonderful 5 days in Paris. The house is lovely with everything we needed. It was really clean and warm. The kids loved the pool. The forest nearby was very peaceful after a busy day in the center of Paris. Easy 10 min walk to the train station with very regular connections to Paris. Fredrique was very friendly and helpful. A+ stay. Highly recommended .

Very nice spacious property in lovely village. Louveciennes has easy access to Paris by train so the house offers the best of both worlds. Fabienne’s place is very much a family home, nicely furnished and with lots of personal belongings around the house. We were a family of four adults so having three bathrooms and a large living area was especially good for us. There was also lots of space to sit outside which was much appreciated during the warm evenings. Overall, we had a great stay.

Charming, well-appointed, and clean, it has an outstanding location and view on the edge of three popular arrondissements in the heart of Paris. Despite the incredible photos and description, it was even better than we imagined. The host met us and showed us how to navigate the two exterior entries and the door to our place. It is a historic French Hotel with a beautiful foyer and with a nighttime doorman we felt very safe. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable, with a picturesque view outside. The balcony was quaint, with a bistro table and two chairs. We spent mornings and evenings eating, drinking, and enjoying the balcony with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. We ventured into the city daily enjoying all the bistros and shopping near and far. The metro was steps away. The host was kind and thoughtful and baked treats for my husband’s birthday and our departure. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate des commerces, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Malgré la présence du RER à proximité, le logement est calme et j’ai très bien dormi. Tout était propre, bien aménagé et confortable. Un vrai petit cocon parfait pour se reposer. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

Appartement spacieux, clair, propre. Parking souterrain privé, avec deux emplacements, trop bien. Idéalement situé, à 15 minutes en voiture, du château de Versailles, environ 10 minutes de la gare RER C qui vous emmène directement sur Paris. Je recommande sans problème et si nous devons revenir, nous relourons cet appartement.

Alexis a été un excellent hôte , répondant à toutes les préoccupations. L'appartement très propre et situé à proximité des différents centres d'intérêt et facile d'accès. Il correspond aux photos prises J'ai passé un excellent séjour et je reviendrai avec plaisir Merci Alexis

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

Had a great two-week stay at Irina's cozy and comfortable apartment. The location is tops, centrally located in Neuilly and with the Les Sablons Metro line 1 stop located literally just outside the front door of the building. There is a Monoprix across the street. The apartment itself is very welcoming, warm even through a very cold Parisian January, and very quiet. Highly recommended!
