Chalet vacation rentals in Ilanz/Glion

It‘s a cosy and quiet house at the edge of the village. The place is not too far up the valley and so even easy to get to by public transportation. For me, it was a perfect fit. Alessandro and Paola were right next door and available. Very friendly hosts!

Our stay with the whole family was great. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the chalet and felt very comfortable. The Swedish stove heated the chalet very quickly and it was very cozy.

The house is what I would think of as a ski dream cabin. Quaintly furnished, spotless equipment (games, kitchen equipment, everything there, lots of love in the decor) and the ski resorts right around the corner. We will definitely be back. ☺️

We enjoyed our short break very much, which was also due to great weather. The cottage is rustic, the fireplace wonderful, and the proximity to the many hiking trails perfect. We only missed more storage space for clothes. Anyone who wants to get to know Switzerland, away from the city, looking for tranquility and mountain idyll, and also willing to hike a few steps, will find the right place here. Many thanks also to the hosts. Everything was wonderfully prepared and above all uncomplicated. We would love to come back.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 3 days at Walkers Cottage. It's beautiful there! Everything you need is available, very clean, the beds are comfortable. We felt right at home. Many thanks to Lucy and Andi! We will be happy to come back!

It was our third stay in Fabienns holiday house. We came back here because the house is gorgeous, equipped with everything you need, feels like a home away from home. It has every comfort you need, tastefully decorated and it is vers clean. The area is awesomely beautiful. It starts with the view out the window and from the balcony. We had our breakfast on the balcony each morning. We went hiking almost every day. Just pack a bag and walk out of the house and you can make great trips. Especially the walk up to the Talalpsee was our absolute favorite. We're definately coming back a fourth time!!

Very nice chalet, very well-equipped. A wonderful place to take mountain walks. We recommend it and will be back.

We rented this beautiful farmhouse for our wedding guests with families, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the rustic charm creating a peaceful and cozy environment. Our guests loved the spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and the stunning location surrounded by nature. The children especially enjoyed exploring the outdoors and playing in the garden. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality — we would happily return anytime!

Very nice little cottage, cozy and well appointed interior. We were lucky to have a lot of snow for Christmas: it was magical! The place is secluded and we enjoyed being cut off from the world ( with internet and all modern comforts). Very appreciable ski-in/ski-out access. Our host organized the transportation of our luggage by snowmobile. Catarina responded with great responsiveness to all our requests. There was a small shop with very useful necessities. Thanks for everything!

We enjoyed the stay in Splügen very much. The place is nice, big and has comfortable beds. We will be happy to come back.

Had a wonderful stay at Britt's Chalet. The beautiful Chalet is comfortable, nicely furnished, well equipped with all the essentials, sparkling clean, and beautifully blends with gorgeous surrounding.

View is superb! The home has all the listed amenities - full kitchen, fireplace, dishes/glasses, etc. Access is ~200m walk from station, and is a bit steep (on the way back to station), which is a challenge with heavy bags; but the view from the house is worth it. The hosts are super friendly and guided with instructions and also helpful hiking options. Overall, I will highly recommend it.

The apartment was just as the pictures show. Exceptionally clean, beautiful views, all of the amenities. Our granddaughter loved playing in the baby’s room. The bath water was hot, the dishes and the laundry were sparkling clean. The Trin area is beautiful!. Small, quiet and relaxing. What is not to like about beautiful Switzerland. Hosts were exceptional as well. Communication was open and timely. Wishing you the very best Katie & Edward!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful place, we stayed for a long weekend, and had different people coming on different days, and were able to wash the sheets between which was awesome. The space is so well set up for lots of people with lots of showers and places to sit at the kitchen table. It was quite close to the bus, which came quite frequently - especially to get to the ski hill in the morning and back in the afternoon.

Our entire stay at the Airbnb was truly exceptional. The breathtaking views from the property were beyond words, especially at night when we had the opportunity to stargaze. The highlight of our experience was definitely the private apres ski in the wine cellar, the sauna & pool which added a touch of luxury to our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories with their family and friends. It was an amazing experience that exceeded our expectations. 💝

one of the best Airbnb experience I ever had. The house location is fantastic: private, mountains views from every window and the lake is just a few steps from the door. the house had everything we needed and more. the kitchen is fully equipped. The sleeping arrangements were as we asked and there was everything for our 2.5 years old daughter (toys, child seat, toilet seat...). we enjoyed hiking in the area and to just seat and enjoy the views... Urs was very welcoming, he made sure that the house will be warm enough for us and that we will have all we need. In addition, Urs was flexible with the check in and out times. thank you for the wonderful stay!

The chalet is gorgeous, jeffrey really nice and offered lots of baby stuff. There are lots of stairs and doors that don't close properly - so you need to make sure to make it baby proof. Would have loved a later checkout around 11 or 12 (9AM is brutally early) - especially since no cleaning crew had arrived by 11 (which es when we left the premises). Otherwise, pool is awesome (and baby/child proof), super close to the lake and any hiking destinations. Beds were comfy. All good - we talked about coming back next year :) loved the view, the place and the vibe <3
