Vacation rentals in Il Prato

Davide and Annalisa's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy. Breakfast out on the patio with the birds chirping and surrounded by nature was a great way to start the day. Davide lit the heater for the hot tub for us and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing. Davide and Annalisa were full of good recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. The cottage is within driving distance of so much - Pisa, Florence, Siena and of course San Gimignano just to name a few. All the amenities we needed were included, the WIFI was great and the cottage was very comfortable. I would highly recommended staying here and if we are ever in the vicinity we would certainly stay here again.

Une petite maison nichée sur les hauteurs de Riparbella au coeur d'une oliveraie. Endroit calme, les grillons nous bercent la nuit. Petit logement bien équipé & très propre. Une terrasse agréable avec vue sur la mer. La piscine est partagée avec les propriétaires. Mercedes en profite pour nous partager de bonnes adresses. Le seul bémol : nous aurions préféré que la prestation de ménage supplémentaire comme indiqué dans l'offre (50€) pour les longs séjours soit comprise dans le coût de la location. Nous recommandons vivement.

A wonderful experience to stay in Claudia’s historic family home, so beautiful. The beds were comfortable, easy walk to all the little stores and restaurants in Guardistallo. We had coffee each morning at the local “ bar” and were welcomed like friends by Giovanni and his staff. We loved joining in with village life at the Polenta Festival and the little local market. Very good value in a beautiful Tuscan village. We did not have a car but used the local bus to travel to Cecina for shopping and a day out. A wonderful, peaceful week for us, Thank You, Claudia and Alessandro, you were both so helpful and Alessandro even drove us the the train station in Cecina for our onward journey

We (four adults and four children) had a wonderful stay at Debbio di Chicco for the second time. The view from the house is breathtaking, the house is equipped with everything you could need, the hosts and housekeepers are very friendly and always ready to help. Bibbona and its surroundings impress with their landscapes, good wines, great restaurants, endless beaches, and beautiful sea. We highly recommend Cala & Philipp's house and would love to visit again.

Tenuta Barosi is a beautiful location overlooking rural Florence. It is located just 25 minutes outside of Florence and easy to get to. The farmhouse has a number of apartments, and ours was Comiso. Cristina was extremely helpful with our check in, as we arrived very late. It is very easy to self check in. The pool overlooks a small valley with beautiful scenery of farms and vineyards. Highly recommend staying at Tenuta Barosi!

La casa di Gianni è in un luogo appartato e silenzioso, immerso nelle prime colline appena fuori l'abitato di Bibbona. L'abbiamo trovata ordinata, pulita e ben servita (compreso per quanto riguarda stoviglie e accessori da cucina, nonchè per la presenza-su richiesta- di un piccola ma utilissima piastra a induzione, nonostante lo status' "affittacamere"). Dispone di un bello spazio esterno ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti, dove si può mangiare e rilassarsi in tutta tranquillità. L'area giorno è leggermente calda in estate ma la camera da letto dispone di un condizionatore che permette di riposare in tutto agio anche in giornate calde. Il proprietario è gentile e flessibile: è riuscito a venire incontro a ogni nostra richiesta con prontezza e cortesia.

Tutto ottimo e confortevole, lorenzo è un host eccezionale, nonostante non abbiamo avuto modo di conoscerci personalmente è sempre stato attento e disponibile
