2 bedroom apartment newly renovated this summer with, among other things, new kitchen and bath. There is easy access via code lock, so you can arrive at your convenience. Located in the outhouse next to our own home. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding Mall. Less than half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse and Givskud Zoo. It is about 700 meters to shopping as well as bakery. Cozy and peaceful garden where no amenities should be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including the Donss lakes. In addition, bike path to Kolding.

This beautiful place offers everything from forest, fields and lovely bathing-friendly beach as well as kayaks for free use. The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed, an annex with 2 rooms, one with an additional double bed, and one with a single bed. In addition to a nice bathroom and kitchen, you will find two lovely terraces with morning and afternoon sun, respectively. We can't wait to welcome you in to our little summer paradise ☀️

Absolutely attractive, inviting and child-friendly home, where there is room for both immersion and play. Large garden area. The home is located in a scenic area, with short distances to the most popular attractions, such as Legoland, Lego House and Givskud Zoo. Private terrace area and fire pit. There is ample opportunity to see wildlife and birdlife. There are two large bedrooms that can sleep 3 and 4 people, respectively. Baby alarm and blackout curtains in both rooms. Child-friendly and private.

Tiny vintage caravan in great surroundings.

50 years ago, a Sprite 400 caravan, was heaven for escapists, hedonists, and people who needed to 'get out'. Today, you can experience life in a tiny Sprite 400 - placed in gorgeous surroundings. Yes, it's tiny. The double bed is tiny (120 cm X 200 cm). The extra bed is tiny. The sink is tiny. But it will not be a tiny experience. The surrounding landscape is huge and plentiful. Private beach, forest and cliff viewpoint within walking distance. Bring your camera and a positive mindset :-)

I den hyggelige landsby Stenderup, i haven på Lystrupvej ligger denne hytte. Du har din egen bolig på 40 m2, super hyggeligt med eget køkken/stue, bad og soveværelse. Soveværelser med 2 enkeltsenge, Sovesofa til 2 børn, eller en voksen. Der er ikke inkluderet sengetøj og håndklæder. Stenderup er en hyggelig landsby, med købmand lige om hjørnet. Enjoy a quiet holiday in the countryside where the sound of the stream and birdsong is the only sound. There is a stream along the garden, a fire pit and the possibility of spending the night outdoors under a roof. The house is 196 m2 on two floors with 2 bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms with 6 beds in total. The home is located in hilly terrain suitable for cycling. The bike race Rondevanborum runs past the house every spring.
