Brand new Villa with swimming pool. Opened June 2018. The beautiful villa is located in a small village of Ika near Opatija, only 300 m from the beach. The villa consists of 3 apartments on 3 floors. Your apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, 3 bathrooms with toilets and showers. Around the private pool there are sunbeds and a barbecue area with table and chairs for all. The villa is fully air conditioned and has a beautiful play area and garden. Welcome!!!

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment has modern interior with terace from which you will put oregano on pizza or rosemary on potatoes, you will rest your eyes as well as your body in hot tub. Beach is 20 meters away, you are only minute away from taking a swim in refreshing Adriatic sea. If you miss some ingredient for cooking a fine Mediterranean dish the market is just around the corner and you will be back to the apartment in two minutes. As near as sea or market is also ATM, pub, tobacco shop and restaurant.
