The apartment is an excellent base for exploring the Opatija Riviera on foot along the seafront – the Lungomare. Lovran, Rovinj, Poreč, Pula, Motovun, the islands of Krk, Cres, Rab, and Lošinj, the National Park, and Gorski Kotar. Ucka Nature Park has walking trails near the apartment. Apartman se nalazi u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju. Pored ovoga apartmana u istoj obiteljskoj kući se nudi još jedan veći app na prvom katu. Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk.
