It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.

After the smooth check-in, we were flashed by the spaciousness of the apartment and the wonderful view of Kvarner Bay. Although we had a lot of rain during our stay, we did a lot and otherwise liked to stay in the apartment. As it got cooler, Marin also quickly made sure that the heating was adjusted accordingly, so we felt very comfortable. From Ičići, both Lovran and Opatija are easily accessible via the Lungomare and the bus connections are also worth trying. So all in all a good experience!

The host was very nice and easy to communicate. The place is exactly as described. I would recommend this place if you have a car. It is fare enough and close enough to the busy with tourist Opatija.

We already had very nice contact with Vesna before the trip, when she provided us with the address of a cardiologist especially for our heart sick dog. Upon arrival at the house, which looks the same as on the pictures, we immediately felt comfortable. The living room seemed even more impressive to us. But the most beautiful was the view from the property to the sea and to Rijeka, which we could enjoy daily. From Vesna and Tanja we also received very good tips for activities, restaurants and a beautiful bay called Cesara. Here you will also find a large parking space. The parking fee is €5,- for half a day and €10,- for a full day. We spent 14 wonderful days with our friendship at Villa Sol.

A view of the nearby small harbor is visible through a wide window. The turquoise sea is seen alongside a pebble-stone dock filled with various boats. The horizon features distant mountains under a clear blue sky, offering a serene glimpse of coastal life.

We had a lovely long weekend in this apartment and Sonja and her husband were so sweet and welcoming! You have everything you need and it was very clean and a perfect location for various trips. The mattress is not super comfy but the rest was really nice. Definitely recommend:)

Nina and her partner were lovely and very helpful hosts who made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed the nice and clean flat, the big terrace with sea view and the beautiful garden. The apartment has a great location. The closest beach is not even 10min walking distance away and there are many beautiful and quite beaches in the area which can be reached by car. The communication with Nina as well as the check in and check out were also super easy :)

A small terrace is presented with four woven chairs featuring soft cushions, arranged around a table. Green plants and blooming flowers are placed in pots along the railing, enhancing the serene outdoor environment surrounded by greenery.
