The house is beautifully centrally located on a quiet park. With a sunny terrace and views over the nature reserve and the water. You can fish from the jetty! Studio Huis Roomolen is located at Roomolenstraat in the center of Amsterdam, a little street beween canals, yet; in the middle of things. Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. Private roof terrace of 10m² at the backside enclosed by the neighbor buildings. The place is very warm and personal, perfectly suited for a single traveler or couple to retreat as well as to discover Amsterdam.

Unique views from your apartment and terraces. The large terraces on three sides of the house are all yours, so you can always find a space in the sun or in the shade. The west side has an amazing view of the IJsselmeer, the other sides have excellent views too. Two small beaches at walking distance. Free Wifi. In high season arrival and departure is only possible on Fridays (exception: June 28th). In low season it's also possible to book periods of minimum 3 days.

Cozy and comfortable tiny house near the Frisian Lakes, surrounded by horses, storks and free-range chickens. Here you can relax in the new sauna, hiking, cycling, or rent a boat. I'll be happy to tell you my favorite spots in the area. From the nicest restaurants on the water to the most beautiful swimming spots.
