Tastefully decorated vacation home with a spacious terrace and views over the IJsselmeer. Please note when booking: The annual Stavers festival will take place on the nearby grounds, mid-June 2026. Also in July 2026, the 18th edition of the Stavoren fishing days will be held nearby. The exact dates are not yet known. It is a unique opportunity to experience these events, but they do cause noise pollution. If you are looking for peace and quiet, it is better to choose a different period. The Hanzekop team.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. This modern furnished holiday home is located in Opperdoes near the IJsselmeer lake. There is free Wi-Fi and parking at the house. Sheets and towels are included. The centre of Medemblik is only 2 kilometers away. Amsterdam and Callantsoog (North Sea beach) are a 40 minutes drive. Also Texel is nice to visit. This property is located on a site that is partly privately rented (and partly offered through Dormio Resort).
