You have a private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. AN EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The b and b is located separately and closed off from the main house. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one b and b space.

We would like to welcome you to our sustainable and non-smoking bed and breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is sufficient parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible with public transportation (5 minutes walk). There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

The location in the heart of Lemmer is great. The view of the boats in the canal gives you an instant vacation feeling. The unique bed and breakfast is located on the upper floor of the house. From your French balcony, you can look out over the water (the Dok) and the boats passing by. The entire floor has been converted into a large luxury guest house with a separate bedroom. Staying on a farm with cows, horses, sheep, chickens, and dogs. The B&B is unique, come enjoy the National Park, beach, sea and the city of Haarlem a stone's throw away. A fantastic place to relax and enjoy the sky view from the bed at any type of weather. Rural and yet again close to the village. Horseback riding is not possible, but petting and visiting are of course possible!
