Vacation rentals with a patio in Igaratá

We stayed for an event that took place at the Transamerica Expo Center. Carina was very quick with the information and attentive. They gave us all the support! The apartment is excellent! Exactly as shown in the pictures. We were super good with 3 adults. Very spacious apartment, good shower! Good equipment. Super recommend!!!!

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

Manoela’s apartment has been the highlight of my trip to Sao Paulo. It is the perfect apartment for a couple or solo travelling, has all of the amenities one could ask for, and to top it off is in the most beautiful area that is near the centre while still being safe and residential. My favorite bakery and cafe is one block away, as well as the Patio Higienopolis and so many other great shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and luminous. The building is an architectural jewel and the energy from the entrance to the apartment, the bathroom etc everything is just magical. If you have the chance, you should definitely book this apartment. Cannot overstate the happiness and comfort it brought me and having experienced manyy other airbnbs in the city, I can safely say this is the best you can find. We had an excellent experience at Rebeca's apartment! The place is exactly as shown in the photos, very cozy, clean and well located. Rebeca was extremely attentive throughout the stay, always ready to help with whatever was needed. We felt super well received and will certainly return at the next opportunity. We highly recommend it!

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

The best place for anyone who wants to enjoy the nightlife of Pinheiros and great restaurant surroundings. The apartment was spotless with great views. I can't recommend highly enough, definitely one of the best accommodations I have been to.

Patrícia's house is very good, but it needs some renovations, such as painting on the outside. One of the bathrooms does not have a box, and the rooms do not have mirrors. The house utensils are reasonable, but all cups are acrylic. We missed a water filter because it was very hot, and the gallon water was not enough. On the other hand, there are plenty of mattresses, which was a plus. There is no space to store the purchases. The kitchen has only a small shelf, which made it difficult to organize food. The pool is excellent, and the pool was present every day for cleaning. However, the outdoor light from the pool was burned, which hindered the use at night. I informed Patrícia about the problem, but I did not get a return on the solution. Overall we had a great stay. The beach is wonderful, and the condominium is excellent, with restaurants, super market, bakery and pharmacy. The house is approximately 4 km from the concierge.

Perfect stay to relax with pets in nature My stay at Daniel's was simply wonderful and exceeded all expectations. The house is ideal for two people and extremely welcoming for those traveling with pets. I took my dog and my kitten (who stayed inside the house), and both adapted perfectly to the safe and quiet environment. The garden is a true oasis: very well maintained, clean and offers a great space to relax or play with the animals. The pool is large and inviting, even though it is not heated. The kitchen is fully equipped, and bedding items such as pillows and blankets are extremely comfortable. The sofa is one of those that “hugs”, perfect for moments of rest. The location is also a high point. Just 4.5 km from the city, the house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and surrounded by lush nature. It's an ideal place for those looking for peace and contact with greenery. I will definitely come back on other occasions

Hello! I recommend staying at Angela's cabin. Very nice, cozy, familiar place. Angela and her husband are amazing, caring, helpful people. Always ready for us to "succor" ,they had an immense affection with my pet and my 7-year-old daughter. Angela is very nice, left everything beautiful and very clean waiting for us. It was an amazing weekend.

Our stay at the house was great. The house is impeccable, all very organized and clean. Mr. Samuel was an excellent host, along with his wife Jaqueline and his partner at the guest reception, Hilary🐾. He was always available to answer our questions and give us support. I recommend that you enjoy the experience we had.

The house is beautiful. Everything tidy and clean. Katia is very polite and responds quickly. The photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is another bedroom with a double bed in the annex, which is great. It's good to bring food to prepare, as it's a little far from everything. If you forget something, there's a mini market in the condominium. At the reception, they are well educated too. To get there, the road is good and quiet. It's a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I recommend it, for sure.

I recommend it 100%. We went to Sao Paulo for a week to work intensively and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The apartment is always impeccable and very comfortable, with more than enough equipment, and first-class security and cleaning service. We were able to rest, we trained in the gym and they always treated us very well. I would definitely come back.
