We felt totally comfortable in Caique's apartment! It is cozy and well appointed. We were able to park our car right outside the door and always felt safe. The location is also great: The supermarket "Extra" is within walking distance, which was very convenient. A special highlight was the roof veranda – we were allowed to celebrate our daughter Emma's birthday there with a small barbecue, which was just perfect! We are very satisfied and will definitely stay here again on our next stay in São Paulo. Caique was very accessible at all times and answered all our questions quickly and amiably. He even gave us great tips for the birthday party – for example, where we could celebrate and where to get good meat for grilling. Thank you, Caique!

I loved the days I spent here! Eloisa is a very nice and accommodating host who takes care of every detail perfectly, gives restaurant tips and offers everything you need for a nice stay. The place was very clean when I arrived. The house is the same as in the display and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking! I will definitely return!

Sandra welcomed us very well since before the stay. We arrived in the city earlier and she was quite flexible with the check-in time. The house and bed/bath linens were very clean and smelled good. I spent the holiday with my family at Thiago's apartment. It was a beautiful experience. It is very well located, close to the center (Capivari), so it was very convenient to do everything on foot without worrying about traffic. The building staff are attentive and helpful, gave us clear instructions and were kind. The apartment is beautiful and cozy, we felt at home. It's very well equipped, it had everything we needed.
