The accommodation is amazing, just perfect! As soon as we arrived, we were surprised by the size of the accommodation, much larger than it appeared in the listing. The house is clean without a bad smell or a closed house smell, on the contrary it smelled very nice. The kitchen is 100% equipped, we don't need to bring anything and we don't miss anything, we use baking sheets, sandwich maker, microwave, dishes and utensils in general. The environment is completely safe. It fit 4 cars easily inside the house, but at various times we left the cars outside to make better use of the space with the children and we were not afraid to leave the cars outside, very quiet place. There is a lake in front of the house where we were able to fish and it did not smell bad. Pedro was very attentive at various times, helped us and returned messages very quickly and at the time of departure, we had a problem with one of the cars and he provided us with support. I highly recommend the place, especially if you're going with kids!

Simply charming, both the place and the house. The house corresponds exactly to the photos, all items are in good taste, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We went as 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a highlight of the stay. Delicious, we stayed in the pool every day. We didn't leave the house any day, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another highlight of the trip is the owner Livia, who always responded to us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend it without a doubt!

Espaço Riacho Doce is a nostalgic invitation to a more traditional environment of socializing, socializing and leisure with family and friends. Located in a rural area, isolated and private, it offers comfort, security and various entertainment options, such as chess, table games, books and other hobbies. First impressions refer to the feeling of being invited to the house of a friend who exchanged the chaos of the city for the enchanting simplicity of interior life, taking with him some of his cherished and nostalgic possessions — many of them worthy of the adjective ‘vintage’. We were initially greeted with affection and enthusiasm by the property's dogs, which probably help keep the place protected from unwanted visits. Then, Bruna and the 'Polaco' (?), the homemakers, welcomed us warmly, presenting the house and its surroundings. With the typical patience and inner wisdom, they explained in detail what to do and where to go. ... "it's over there"... so go!

The place is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. We caught a few days of rain, but it was also great. The view from the rainfall in the mountains and on the dam was simply beautiful. Days of Peace immersed in nature. Danilo sent an accurate video about the location, which helped a lot in arriving as it is a property in the countryside.

My family and I relaxed and enjoyed these days at the house. The view is extremely beautiful! The entrance to the condominium was quiet, I got from the entrance to the house easily. The house was clean, the bed was very comfortable and it is very close to the pier, which was good because my husband and son took advantage and rented a Jet Ski. I didn't miss any items in the kitchen, it had everything I needed. I will definitely be back with my brothers and nephews as well. And when I sent a message, I was promptly answered.

We had a great holiday at Luciana's house. She was very responsive and kind in communication, readily making herself available to answer questions and resolve what was necessary. The water in the reservoir is clean and great for swimming! Access to the dam is by many stairs, which for us was not a problem (and we already knew), but it is worth considering if you have reduced mobility. The super-equipped kitchen was a differentiator.

We love the house. Highlight Points: - Heated pool, it makes a big difference with children in the middle of the season, especially since it gets cooler in the evening. - Recreation area concentrated near the barbecue area and close to the pool. - The house is fully equipped, has all utensils, 4 refrigerators, rooms with clothesline and all linens included. - Welcome kit with coffee, sugar and spices - The fishing area, backyard with the birds separated from the house environment - Grocery store very close - The entire house is very well maintained, very clean and cared for - Adriana, who helped us during the stay, is very kind, available and always attentive to the comfort of the guests. - Hostess Adriana referred us to a bakery to buy a birthday cake, great.

The house is in a very private place, surrounded by nature, singing of birds and something that I have not seen for years, FIREFLIES. Just like the pictures. The wonderful pool, a comfortable and beautiful lining, a cascade of stone with ice-cold water on the side, a delight for the super hot days we caught. Paulo was super cordial, attentive, and easy to communicate. It is well worth staying there. A tip that is always good to pass on, make a purchase with everything so you don't have to go out and stop enjoying the day, as it is a little far from the city center. I really enjoyed hosting! The house is comfortable, all the rooms are air-conditioned and the Donizete was very attentive. I highly recommend this accommodation!

ABOUT the ACCOMMODATION: A very friendly house, simple but cozy. Memories of Grandma's house. There is nothing better than sleeping in a total dark and waking up to the sound of birds. Next to it is a stream with that relaxing sound to help you fall asleep. The site has some fruit trees that we consume without problems. ABOUT HOSTS: Extremely requested, sympathetic, and available. To give you an idea, I was late and arrived at 00:15 and the host received me promptly. CONCLUSION: Super indico and I will definitely come back more often

We thank Pamela for sharing with us this paradise, a sensational place, a beautiful view of nature, peace and tranquility. My kids loved the swing, the hammock and the fire pit space, we roasted marshmallows in the late afternoon. It was amazing to see the children in contact with nature, walking through the pasture near the animals to go to the lake to fish. I was delighted with the cottage and look forward to returning. We met Pamela's father, a kind and very caring gentleman. The cottage is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. Congratulations on the space, Pâmela. See you soon.

The Cristina space is a find to relax and enjoy with or without pet. The house is facing the dam in a place with few houses, ideal for fishing, swimming, kayaking or simply contemplating. About the calm, despite the work in the house next door and some visitors to the dam with loud sound, nothing affected the tranquility of the days we spent. The space is extremely functional, with all the comfort of the city in the countryside (appliances, Wi-Fi, TV with streaming, distracting games). For those who have pet run like mine the place is ideal, every screen, which allows them to leave them loose throughout the stay. It was sensational days that made us want to always come back.

Clean house, large, just like the photos, we made pizza, barbecue, food on the wood stove, everything perfect. The view is wonderful . We love spending Easter with the family and we felt at home, thank you André !!!

Myself and my family are delighted with Sítio Sonho Meu. All very beautiful, well cared for, tasteful, cleanliness of the impeccable place, in the Swiss Chalet bed and bath linens of excellent quality and smells, complete kitchen, with everything we needed. Were incredible and special days, of rest, contact with nature and commemoration of a very special date (my 50 years). Ah! What about the look? Truly breathtaking! Beautiful Landscape, Stunning Sunset! The hardest part was having to leave. Janaína is very attentive and is always available for any request or questions, it is a sweetheart! We will definitely return to this little piece of paradise!

Claudia welcomed us, the place is simple and amazing, a lot of contact with nature, the house has amazing decor that takes you back to other times, access is good in the morning because it has a dirt road, I managed to climb with a 1.0 car without difficulty, a lot of privacy, natural beauty, everything you need is in the house of utensils and its comfort, Claudia responds promptly, always helping positively, made indications of places to visit but we were in search of rest and connection with nature and we found it.

The house is amazing !! Super complete and in excellent condition !! Fernando was very helpful and attentive before, during and after our stay !! In addition, we were very well received by the homemade couple Andrinho and Camila, who watched us all weekend !!

We got a rainy weekend, but that didn't get in the way of the experience at all. In the moments when the rain subsided, we took advantage of the huge backyard. For very agitated dogs (like mine), it is important to be careful because the fence is not very high and the dog may be able to get through. One tip is to leave him on a long leash, so he can enjoy it carefully (mine used a 10-meter one and it was excellent). The house is very well-equipped, it has everything we need for the stay and various kitchen utensils. There were only 3 of us, but I believe it accommodates large groups very well. The house is a delight for fans of antique furniture and classical architecture, I fell in love with the desk.

Super hot, comfy and cozy house. Everything super organized and clean!!! Beautiful decoration. The river in the backyard is a super differential, we were able to fish and it was super fun. The condominium is super yummy. The beach is quiet and tasty. Jussara super considerate and requests. Super recommend, we'll definitely be back!!

The accommodation can be classified as an experience, from the treehouse with the slide that was a lot of fun, to the video playing Elis that accompanies us in a kitchen with an industrial stove. Quiet place, great to rest and contemplate nature.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos: very spacious, clean and extremely well maintained. The hot tub is excellent, perfect for relaxing, and the house also has a high-fidelity sound system, working both indoors and outdoors, which made the experience even better. The American-style gas barbecue was very practical and is on a deck with an incredible view of nature. It was not necessary to bring bed linens or towels, everything was provided and with great quality. Renata and Rogério's service was impeccable — always helpful, polite and attentive. We really felt at home. My little son loved the space! In addition to the large yard, the house also has a playground, which was a plus. The condominium also has a great location, being close by car to the center of Capivari and Lagoinha Park. I highly recommend and I hope to return soon!
