We really liked atmosphere of the place. Felt very comfortable there and felt welcomed by very nice owner.

Wraz z rodziną spędziliśmy wakacje w domu Sajka. Okolica cicha położona z dala od centrum, przydatny samochód. Dom czysty, łóżka wygodne, kuchnia z pełnym- dosłownie -wyposażeniem. Wielkość basenu wystarczająca, by się schłodzić, bawić, pływać (gl. ok 1,5m). Właścicielka nieobecna w trakcie pobytu, w dniu naszego przyjazdu i wyjazdu także. W trakcie pobytu do wyjazdu wszyscy byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, niestety 2 dni po powrocie do domu właścicielka pokazała swoje oblicze. Jej żądania wysłane za pośrednictwem tej aplikacji dot. zapłaty ponad 7500,00 zł. za rzekomo wyłamany uchwyt plastikowy, kropki, plamki na płytkach wyssane są z kosmosu. Na marginesie: Kto to wyceniał??? Pozostał niesmak. Moja rada: spisujcie protokół przekazania i oddania domu. Ocena domu: 5+ Ocena właściciela: 1

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war wie beschrieben. Elena und Marco waren immer sehr gut zu erreichen und stets bemüht alle Anliegen schnell zu lösen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Nach jedem Ausflug war es ein Highlight wenn man zurück kam, das Tor öffnete und in den Hof fuhr. Wirklich empfehlenswert! Im Ort selbst ist jetzt nicht wirklich was zu Unternehmen, allerdings gelnagt man von dort aus schnell zu sehr schönen Orten.

Luiza was an incredible host. I was unable to meet her due to coming a day late from work. She met with my family and made a great impression. Her home was beautiful. Definitely recommend this air bnb. Would love to come out during the summer to utilize the pool. Also, she was extremely helpful and super responsive. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We can’t wait to come back!!

The extensive property suited our group very well. We were a family of 6 adults and 6 children. The lovely pool , pool side kitchen and large surrounding garden gave us all plenty of space to enjoy time together. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to buy bread and other essentials in the small shop (open 7.30 - 14.00) but a car is essential for trips to supermarkets, restaurants, places of interest. The owner kindly offered to order us local cheese and olive oil. It was excellent, but expensive. One can also buy very good vegetables and eggs from the neighbours. We had friendly, helpful service everywhere we visited. Pula, Fazana and Rovinj are certainly worth a visit. We were fascinated by the variety of insects. Many butterflies , beetles and small scorpions. Great if you’re a mini beast fan! Just remember the mosquito repellent. All in all we had a wonderful time!

Wir durften als größere Gruppe rund zwei Wochen bei Ivan zu Gast sein und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus, Pool und Außenbereich entsprachen den Bildern, der Ausblick auf Labin (besonders am Abend) ist herrlich. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. In rund 10-15 Autominuten sind idyllische Strände zu erreichen. Ivan hat uns während unseres Aufenthaltes Tipps zu Stränden, Veranstaltungen und Restaurants gegeben und sogar einmal selbst für uns gekocht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We loved staying at this place. Everything was exactly as described. Pool was great and clean. We have never stayed at a house this beautiful and clean! The house is absolutely gorgeous!

Serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym miejscu. Dom świetnie wyposażony, a Sanja jest świetnym gospodarzem, bardzo komunikatywna, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, chętnie pomaga, gdy pojawi się problem.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Gartenanlage (Olivenbaumgarten) und Pool waren sehr gepflegt und sauber und es war einfach schön. Abends kann man entspannt auf der Terasse grillen oder einen Spieleabend mit der Familie machen. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und geräumig und man hat leicht zu 8 in dem Haus Platz. Die Kommunikation mit Fred hat durchgehend spitze funktioniert und auch Igor (Hausverwalter/Gartenpfleger) war sehr nett und hilfreich. Kurz gesagt: es war sehr schön und erholsam.

Boris ist ein zuvorkommender, freundlicher und unaufdringlicher Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Er lebt mit seiner Familie im hinteren Teil des Gebäudekomplexes, wovon man aber kaum etwas mitbekommt. Das Haus ist grandios und bietet ausreichend Platz für 2-3 Parteien, ist hervorragend ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Außenbereich. Die Lage lässt kaum Wünsche offen. In kürzester Zeit erreicht man das Meer und kann zwischen verschiedenen Buchten wählen oder auf eine gut ausgebauten Weg entlangspazieren. Die Strände sind weitgehend gepflegt, das Meer aufgrund einströmenden Grundwassers außergewöhnlich kühl. Vom Hauptstrand kann man ausgezeichnet angeln und viele verschiedene Fischarten mit guter Größe an die Leine bekommen. Das am Meer gelegene Snack-Restaurant "Me Gusta" hat gefühlt immer offen und bietet leckere Kleinigkeiten und Getränke zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind naheliegend und mit dem PKW schnell und einfach zu erreichen.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie hier und alle waren glücklich und zufrieden. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus wo den Kindern viel Aktivitäten geboten sind. Es war keine Sekunde langweilig. Die Hühner haben nicht gestört sondern waren gern gesehene Gäste. Sandra war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns tolle Tipps. Die Lage ist mehr als optimal. Egal in welche Richtung , alles ist schnell erreichbar und überall ist viel geboten. Alles in einem : eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt und wir konnten den Pool leider nicht nutzen - dafür aber den Whirlpool :) Haben eine tolle Zeit als Familie hier verbracht. Wir wurden auch kulinarisch von Laura verwöhnt - vielen Dank dafür!

We had an organization crew of global sport event with 15-20 people to systemize, and Bojan's place was just what we needed! The location is just outside the Krk town so it's extremely quiet and convinient for many people to use it in the same time, regarding to lots of parking places, lots of beds to sleep in in the different locations of the property like backup houses, tents in the forest and alike. The best stuff around this place is that it has lots of toys included in price like sauna, jacuzzi, motor bikes, bikes, outdoor gym with equipment and weights and indoor gym with mats for stretching or group sessions, not to mention that proffesional kitchen with cook available to us every day was very very convinient. All in all, would recommend this property for everyone looking for not-everyday and special environment accommodation! 5 stars!

La casa di Tanja e Felice è davvero adorabile, estremamente curata in ogni dettaglio. Il villaggio conta solo alcuni abitanti è davvero circondato da bellissimi boschi. Silenzio e pace per vivere un po' fuori dal tempo. Grazie grazie per la vostra bella ospitalità. Consigliamo Lovac a jelovice come ristorante, grotte si san canziano a 40 min (prenotare sul loro sito), mare piu veloce e semplice a Icici, parcheggiare a livello di Šuštanca fast food, parcheggio con posti e mare sotto. Buzet si può saltare. Fare spesa prima tutto a 30 min di foresta. Non prende il cellullare ma wifi con la fibra.

Tolles Haus inkl. Pool und Terrasse mit Grillstation - es fehlt einfach an nichts! Es war eine schöne Zeit, die Kinder haben sich auch sofort wohl gefühlt. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten und tolle Gastfreundschaft überraschten uns besonders.

Boba was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. She anticipated our every wish and was helpful in every situation. Everything was simply great. The location, the atmosphere, the sunsets and the sea! It was a wonderful, uncomplicated holiday. Thank you very much, dear Boba! ♥️

Wir waren Mitte September für eine Woche im Haus von Damir und seiner Familie. Obwohl die Gastgeber oben drüber wohnen, genießt man absolute Privatsphäre und seine Ruhe. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und der Garten sowie der Pool sind ebenfalls sehr gut gepflegt. Zur Begrüßung gab es Pancakes und Damir stand uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes immer für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Wir hatten leider etwas schlechtes Wetter, aber haben jeden Tag neues Feuerholz für den Kamin von Damir bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist definitiv ein Ort zur Entspannung und wir können sie von Herzen weiter empfehlen.

L’ alloggio è perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione , spazioso, funzionale e completo di tutto. La piscina è davvero splendida e l’host è sempre disponibile e molto molto cordiale.

The house is very spacious and well equipped, situated in a very quiet area in close proximity to Pula. About 10 mins walk is the beach. The hosts are very nice and even though they live next door, they were very discreet.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind noch viel schöner, als auf den Fotos. Insbesondere der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und weitläufig, inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Marco und seine Familie waren extrem gastfreundlich. Ausflugsziele wie Porec, Rovinj, Burgen und Höhlen, tolle Restaurants, Strand sind gut innerhalb von 10-20 min zu erreichen. Es war wunderschön, wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an unsere tollen Gastgeber!

alloggio consigliato per gruppo di amic o famiglia numerosa servizi perfetti . elettrodomestici iper funzionali . abbondanza di spazi frigo e utensili cucina ( d estate sempre comodi) località vicine facilmente raggiungibil( a parte le code ovvie dell agosto croato ). spiaggia a 1.5 km (difficilmente raggiungible a piedi. ) caraibica Dina è stata gentilissma e ci ha dato anche un sacco di suggerimenti.

Ce séjour chez jenny et Miro fut parfait. Leur logement était parfait. Leur gentillesse ainsi que celle de leurs parents nous a touché.à nouveau un grand merci et nous recommandons bien sûr leur jolie maison. Si nous devons revenir en Croatie nous savons où il faut séjourner. À nouveau merci
