Now a lonely fisherman's dream home. It's not ruined with modern-day amenities more than getting electricity in the fridge. And if needed, charged by the phone. Well, maybe an electric light can be brought here in the dark of the fall... The outhouse is and the drinking water boot came from next door. Heat is provided by a drill mat, and the sauna can be raised with a bucket of water from the lake. It's also possible to replace that ball grill with gas for use. Add-on. A coffee maker and microwave-equipped can be arranged.😉

A stunning one-bedroom apartment building on the street level of a lake in the center of Sotkamo. A spacious view of the lake and Vuokatinvaara. Spaces for up to four adults and a small child. A double bed in the bedroom, a divan angle sofa in the living room, and the possibility of a children's travel crib. Modern kitchen and dining table for four. In the bedroom, counter and storage. HDTV, fiber optic connection, wifi. Glazed balcony, private sauna and beach on the dock. Ski trails in the winter. Carport.

A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist Center Ukkohalla 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

A home completed in 2022 in the village of Sotkamo. Shops and restaurants, library, Little beach, and hiking terrain within walking distance. It was rented 7 km, you can also get there by bus. A dock in front of the house where you can swim or paddle. You can also fish. Your bicycle will get you at night safe and during the day you can make excursions in the stunning scenery.

Our holiday in Lehtikerp was idyllic and we had a great time. It's like a hidden gem. The house, sauna building, and surrounding milieu were all unique, which brought a fabulous ambiance. Everything worked well, there was plenty of room for a larger group, and Kari was a great host. We can recommend Lehtikerppu to others in need of the Kainuu region as well. You won't go into this place with love!

We spent over a week at Andre's place and it's a true winter paradise! House is super cozy and warm. Kitchen has everything you may need. Beach sauna and hot tub were a heaven after a cold, snowy day outside. We also were very lucky to see the most bright, beautiful and strong aurora just above the house, that made our stay very special. Andre was very helpful and responsive ❤️

We had a great stay at Liisa and Juhla's. They do everything they can to make sure you're comfortable. For a small fee, you can use the beautiful original sauna that Juhla prepares for you! He also told us about the history of the area and lent us his books and newspaper clippings about it. Highly recommend!

Very nice and peaceful place. Communication with hosts went smoothly. Recommended. The circulating air cook has not been cleaned from an earlier guest, but it was overcome when we washed it ourselves before using it.
