Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cabin, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard there is a wood storage, a campfire site and a hot tub. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Ukkohalla is one of four villas in a new holiday village on the shores of Lake Syväjärvi, close to the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights and slopes open directly from the large windows. In a separate beach sauna, you can enjoy the steam of a wood stove, with a view of the lake landscape from the large view windows, both from the sauna and the magnificent fireplace room. The service building has a laundry room and a fitness room. Electric car charging points, 2 pcs 11kW type2 and 2 pcs 16A Super suko, are included in the rental price.

A newly renovated stylish two-bedroom apartment in a quiet area just a couple of kilometers from Sotkamo and about eight kilometers from Vuokatti's services. Very close to the beach and a small park with swimming docks. In winter, access to the trails of Sotkamo, Pirttijärvi and Hiukanharju. The local bus of the Sotkamo-Vuokatti area operates in the area. The apartment has, among other things, excellent music listening facilities and a smart TV. The equipment allows for a longer stay. Child and animal friendly host couple next door.

The nearest charging point can be found in the yard of the nearby S-market The final cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the tenant. Please bring your own linens and towels.

The Finnish nature is one of our most excellent resources, providing an abundance of beauty and fresh, clean air. This is a log cabin with a lakeside view located 21 km from Kuhmo town and 130 km from Kajaani Airport. It features a sauna cabin, two bedrooms, and a living room with a kitchen. There is also a BBQ area in the front yard. Local wildlife centers offer wildlife tours, which can be booked through the Wildtaiga site. Prices for bear hide tours can be found on the BearCentre website.
