This was a last-minute, unplanned trip to be with family after my uncle made the difficult decision to stop chemotherapy. I’m so grateful for how accommodating and responsive the host was during such an emotional time. The location was excellent—convenient, peaceful, and just what we needed. The host went above and beyond to make the booking process smooth, even on short notice. I truly appreciate the kindness and flexibility, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for helping make a hard time a little easier.

Perfect for a couple who is looking to get away. A ton of things to do in this area. The best thing was how close the ocean was! Staff were great and easy to work with. Bob is a great host and takes care of you!

Such a great stay!! Martha's condo is exactly as described, and she was super helpful and responsive. We noticed the fridge wasn't cooling as it should be, and 3 hours later someone had been out and the problem was fixed. We were amazed with how responsive and attentive she was to fix a very small problem. The condo itself was super cute, clean, just as described and the views from the balcony were gorgeous! A quick walk to several different places to eat (all of which were amazing- live music and kareoke through the evening), and easy access to the pool and the beach. The private boardwalk to the beach included showers- a huge plus! The condo had everything you could need, including an entire closet of beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and kids beach toys- you will need nothing!!! our family will definitely be back!

30A Stay - we loved everything about our stay on 30A -Chris was wonderful from the start i had questions regarding the area and he always responded right away even before we booked. The unit is in a great location it was just what we wanted 1st Floor, clean, beach access right out front a heated pool even a laundry room if you needed it. We would definitely stay again. Plenty of restaurants right there sweet stops bike rentals Santa Rosa was a great town to stay in. I’d give 145 Spires a 100 out of 100 and Chris is a genuinely nice guy with quick responses even to the smallest questions. Can’t wait to go back .

This is our second year in a row staying in 612! We’ll never stay in another condo! The room is perfect for our family. Very clean. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful location. Host is friendly and very helpful !!

Beautiful view! Right on the Gulf. Emerald Green waters as far as you can see. 3 pools, a Tiki Bar, Cafe and a beautiful sugar white beach! Trevor was fantastic! Responded immediately when I asked anything! Gave some great local advice! Totally enjoyed HarborWalk from TinFin to the end, great area, lots of fun!! We will be back!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Cottage, everything that is posted is accurate to include images. We have been coming to Pensacola Florida for years and usually stayed at the hotels so this was the first experience we had using Airbnb and due to Ella’s hospitality we will continue to use Airbnb when we travel. Ella was very responsive when I had questions. As new empty nesters our 2 dogs are like our children and it was amazing to bring them with us to share this experience. This couldn’t have happened without the opportunity Ella provided us to bring our pets. All in all this was an amazing experience, I would highly recommend the Mermaid Cottage and Ella if you are looking for the opportunity to enjoy Pensacola Beach.

This was our families first time staying in an Airbnb and this Airbnb is going to be hard to top! The place was very family friendly, had everything we needed and the golf cart was AMAZING. It's going to be hard to top this experience!

. Mike and Shari are welcoming hosts and easy to communicate with. This is a great place! lt's clean, comfortable and peaceful. It's well stocked with everything you need. It's in walking distance of the beach and it has beautiful views of the Bay. This was our second time here and we definitely plan on coming back.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

This is our third year staying at Maria’s place. The first two years we stayed in her two-bedroom home, and this year we enjoyed the extra space of her three-bedroom property. The location is fantastic, and as always, Maria was very responsive and accommodating. We look forward to returning!

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable beachy home! The decor was so cute and coastal—it felt like the perfect Florida getaway. The entire place was spotless, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the full upstairs was a private master suite (such a bonus we didn’t expect but totally loved). The kitchen was fully stocked with all the basics, which made cooking super convenient, and the beds were really comfortable. Having four bikes included was a huge perk, and we loved how close the house was to scenic bike trails and just a 20-minute golf cart ride to Seaside. The trundle twin beds were a bit too small. It wasn’t a huge issue, and the listing was accurate, just something to note if you’re planning for adult guests in that room! Overall, this place was wonderful. The host was incredibly responsive, and everything felt thoughtful and well-kept. We would 10000% stay here again!

Context: Argentinean couple visiting - 2 small dogs - $180/night. Beautiful neighbourhood, close to the bridge to the beaches, with parks to walk or excercise as close as 2 blocks from the cabin. The cabin is small but very nice, everything was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The shower and the bed were great. Cooking can only be done with a microwave. Parking is on the street -no issues since it seems safe-. Small patio between the cabin and the house where you can sit to enjoy fresh air. We trully enjoyed our stay, Terri was very polite and clear in her instructions, we had privacy and felt comfortable at all times. It was our first time visiting Pensacola and were able to tour different places since the cabin is almost mid-point between places you can visit. We would definitely recommend it, it's a 5 stars in all aspects.

This was a wonderful location with gorgeous beach views and easy access to the beach. Check-in was easy, though the code on the door keypad was not correct, a quick phone call remedied the issue immediately. The condo was very clean and well equipped with amenities, with all listed items available. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, and was very nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. The area is mostly quiet and not overly busy or crowded on the beach, though not far from restaurants and shops. The pool was very clean and well maintained and the condo complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a fantastic amenity! would 100% stay again. FYI, for great seafood and dining, Boshamps in Destin is the spot, well worth the wait and cost!!!

This was the first time for us all to see the ocean/beach. The place was very clean and comfortable. No issues whatsoever. Everything we needed to use the kitchen except cooking oil. Lots of ocean toys for kids. No chairs or umbrella available. Some beaches offer them or you can rent some. I do wish we had known of the possibility of live music next door at the Elks. That was quite loud at times. Definitely could use some Fishing poles available or crab pots and bait recommendations. That would’ve made the stay even better. Overall I highly recommend this place to stay! This is right in the middle of going either direction for whatever you want to do.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a couple little things I had to call about but both concerns were handled quickly and professionally. I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the stay at Todd's condo in a great location with beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of America! The condo is an end unit and is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the convenience of the condo location to the Ft. Walton and Destin area attractions and restaurants, and the gorgeous beaches as well. The condo had all of the amenities we needed for our trip. Thanks again for the opportunity to stay in your lovely home at one of our favorite places in Ft. Walton!

The room was located on the second floor, easy access to the pool and beach! The best part about it! Didn’t have to travel far to eat or get essentials! I can not rave enough about the staff! We had an unfortunate departure and the groundskeepers were so friendly and helpful! Had to wait on a tow truck and an uber to our rental car place, had to wait for hours and they accommodated us because we were out of our room! Offered us food and water while we waited outside for hours! The lady there even drove us to eEnterprise because our uber driver would not accommodate our luggage. Can’t wait to go back and take our kids!
