This house was very spacious, very warm and with stunning views front and back. Contact with Nicole and Angela was excellent. As well as being a very comfortable house the location provided a great base for many day trips in the beautiful surrounding areas.

We absolutely loved our stay at Priscilla’s wonderful home. Stunning setting and such a warm, comfortable environment. It’s the perfect place to stay with kids - my little ones had a ball! We loved the bush setting which was then just an easy drive to Cygnet and on to the rest of the Huon Valley. I kept saying to my partner that this place felt like the best version of airbnb. The personal care and connection Priscilla offers via this space is fantastic. Would love to stay again!

As per web site a “settlers cottage” A piece of Australian history of how hard to build in a remote area with minimum mechanical help. All with a touch of the modern era with a great shower pressure of course a clean bathroom. An abundance of cooking appliances. Paul supplied heaps of fire wood to warm the hearts and body of these north NSW people. The settlers cottage is different but worth the experience. Thank you Paul.

This is a lovely home which provides for in-house relaxation or local excursions. The host made the two children in our party very welcome and catered for their needs, as well as providing special touches for the adults. We had a lovely time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was as private, peaceful and relaxing as we could have asked for! We spent our time out on the deck or gathered around the fire as a family - enjoying the sounds of birds, star gazing and watching lightening on a stormy night. We had it all! The kids enjoyed the novelty of the tv/dvd and being more conscious of our power use. We took a stack of our own dvds and board games. Overall, an absolutely wonderful 5 night stay! Loved exploring the local area as well. Great Easter lunch at the River Run lodge and wonderful walks from Cockle Creek. Highly recommended.

The Chapel exceeded all expectations as the ultimate romantic getaway. The striking cauldron tub was magnificent, but we equally fell in love with the luxurious shower. Waking up to panoramic views of the Huon River and rolling hills was breathtaking - truly idyllic, peaceful, and tranquil. The beautifully appointed space with exposed wooden beams, plush king bed, and thoughtful rustic touches created a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The open-plan design made it feel spacious yet cozy, especially with the fireplace keeping us warm. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, offering suggestions for the public holiday months in advance and promptly answering all inquiries. This was the perfect start to our two-week Tassie adventure, setting the bar impossibly high. My boyfriend's reaction when entering our next accommodation says it all: "This isn't the Chapel." If you're seeking a serene farm stay with luxury comforts, look no further - you won't be disappointed!

This place was amazing to stay at and highly recommend it. The view was absolutely spectacular. The spa on the deck was total luxury. The house was cosy and just felt like a home away from home - it was generously stocked with games, books, everything you would need in a kitchen, comfortable beds, warm fire. There is heaps to do in this area if you want to get out to explore but it's also the perfect peaceful spot to just stay put and rest. It's the best AirBnB we've ever stayed in. Would love to come again. Thank you to our hosts for letting us stay.

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts were responsive. There was a small issue with a leaking tap but we managed to resolve it relatively quickly. The location is excellent for anyone who wants easy access to Huonville and Ranelagh. I would stay again.

This place really felt like home away from home. We stayed there for 4 nights and I actually felt sad leaving this beautiful house. The location is amazing, quiet and private. From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the space created by Michelle and Blu x The attention to detail is evident from the beautiful decor to the generous provisions - they have literally thought of everything- ensuring a comfortable experience. Michelle and Blu were the perfect hosts and their love of this property is evident in its presentation - thankfully they are happy to share it with us all 😍 Extremely comfortable beds; linens to die for and squeaky clean 🧼 This is the ONLY air BnB I didn’t feel like I had to wash dishes and utensils in before using!!! Thank you so much for sharing a space around your fireplace 🔥 and creating a memorable experience for us all - including our pet Daisy Doo. This is our new favourite place and top of the list for future visits to the Huon x. Michelle and Blu are truly amazing people and you will not be disappointed- unless you miss out !!!! We had the most amazing month staying at Ian’s property. We have 2 kids ages 3 and 10 months old when I mentioned we needed a few things for our baby he was quick to jump and say we can supply that, saves you travelling with it. It felt like home and was so peaceful (being country people ourselves) I cannot fault anything with this beautiful little home and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a “farm stay”. We will be back one day in the near future. Thanks again Ian for everything.
