Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Huon Valley Council

Came home from WA to farewell my mum. Close to other family and a beautiful place to just breathe after hectic days. The fire was superb. The pademelons, quiet company, and the stars at night were amazing and the fresh air, beautiful!

From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the space created by Michelle and Blu x The attention to detail is evident from the beautiful decor to the generous provisions - they have literally thought of everything- ensuring a comfortable experience. Michelle and Blu were the perfect hosts and their love of this property is evident in its presentation - thankfully they are happy to share it with us all 😍 Extremely comfortable beds; linens to die for and squeaky clean 🧼 This is the ONLY air BnB I didn’t feel like I had to wash dishes and utensils in before using!!! Thank you so much for sharing a space around your fireplace 🔥 and creating a memorable experience for us all - including our pet Daisy Doo. This is our new favourite place and top of the list for future visits to the Huon x. Michelle and Blu are truly amazing people and you will not be disappointed- unless you miss out !!!! SO BOOK NOW XO

We had an awesome time staying at Roger’s place over Christmas. House was spacious, kitchen well stocked, and we had a great time exploring the property and waking up to the sound of birds chirping. Would recommend a visit to drip beach as well!

Beautiful cottage with lovely grounds. Amenities were good quality, sitting by the fire pit out the back with a glass of wine at the end of a day cruising around the Huon was perfect

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! This beautiful home and property is amazing. Mira provided everything we needed, and more! So generous and super helpful too. The home is such an inviting and warm space, and the property is just magnificent. The hot tub/sauna was so lovely to enjoy, and it’s 100% worth every penny. Plus, the company of two alpacas was the best! We will definitely be back, and recommending this amazing place to all. Thank you so much Mira!!

We had the most amazing month staying at Ian’s property. We have 2 kids ages 3 and 10 months old when I mentioned we needed a few things for our baby he was quick to jump and say we can supply that, saves you travelling with it. It felt like home and was so peaceful (being country people ourselves) I cannot fault anything with this beautiful little home and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a “farm stay”. We will be back one day in the near future. Thanks again Ian for everything.

We just love this guest house on Abel’s Bay! This felt just like home to us, full of books, shells, collectibles etc. It was private and oh so quiet. We enjoyed sneak peaks of the pademelons hopping about. Sean being a birder enjoyed the bird life too. We were very comfortable at the cottage and hated to leave. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. We likely will never make it back, but we will always have fond memories of you home.

Julie and Billy were amazing hosts! They responded quickly when asked a question and provided an excellent level of service!!! The accommodation was spectacular, clean, comfortable and welcoming. The views from the property were breathtaking!! We would highly recommend this property and are looking forward to our next opportunity to visit.
