A lovely and cozy apartment in a fantastic location. Everything was spotless and exactly as described — highly recommended!

We had a very enjoyable stay. It should only be mentioned that there is a disco in the house, which cannot be heard with the earplugs provided! Otherwise, it is very clean, coffee machine with coffee is ready and the bed is firm and not worn out. We would book again:)

This is the most amazing air bnb we've ever been to. It's so beautiful, clean, styled really as a home with everything we needed. The place was very clean. The AC and the fan worked great, the kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee machine with an amazing coffee to sip on the beautiful balcony. There's a bakery near by called Lipoti Pekseg, that bakery was sooo amazing, the produce is fresh and delicious, we came back there every morning for pastries, sandwich and a carrot cake! The surroundings of the apartment is quiet and a few sites are within a walk distance but everything else you'll need to either use public transportation, bolt or drive. Which was perfect for us because we wanted to stay in a quiet area so it totally matched our expectations. Judit was very warm and the connection was great, she met us at the apartment upon the arrival and explained everything is person and gave us a very homey and warm feeling. The shower worked great, there was always hot water.

I loved staying in this apartment and Krisztina is always responsive. Very spacious and well located, plus you get to watch the sunrise from bed in the mornings. Unlike many Budapest apartments, it has a lift and is very secure. I can’t recommend this place highly enough

The place was really well situated , very close to the city centre. Only problem if you have a lot of luggage be ready to climb two floors . But overall the apartment was really clean and the host was very cooperative

Ádám went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get into the property, and took the time to show us around, and explain how all the amenities worked. Very lovely room and a peaceful area.

We are returning guests, there is always improvement. The dishwasher was great for us. We hope the kids can bathe in the pool next time because the weather didn't allow it now. It's great to be with a large family.

I had an excellent stay! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to the spa and local restaurants , making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available for questions or recommendations. I had a great stay at Andrea's apartment. It was comfortable, recently updated, clean, air-conditioned, and the surroundings were beautiful. It's not the most accessible on foot, but there was very safe parking, and self-check in was easy. Andrea showed me around her garden, I got to meet her cat Luna, and she even offered me cherries from a tree in her yard! Andrea was so kind, and I felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the property! We were guests with 9 people as part of a bachelor party at Szilvia's. With 9 people, we each had our own bed. The apartment was very clean and individually furnished. What we liked very much was also that there was good equipment (e.g. also a jukebox). We also enjoyed spending time in the party room (with billiards and darts) and in the garden or on the terrace upstairs. You can easily get to the city by bus (about 15-20 minutes to most places). I would like to emphasize that the contact was very nice and Szilvia helped us with all questions and requests extremely quickly. For us, it was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Budapest! :)

Erika is kind and very helpful. The train station and beaches are also within walking distance of the accommodation. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, cozy, we had a great time.

We had a wonderful time in this accommodation. Just the right place for a perfect holiday on Lake Balaton. The welcome was warm and the service is paramount here. The private accommodation is nicely modernly furnished and very clean. Huge garden, Wi-Fi , fully equipped kitchen with oven,stove dishwasher, fridge with large freezer, heated towel rack in the bathroom, rain shower air conditioning in the bedrooms and of course the absolute highlight of the hot tub in the covered conservatory! Absolutely fantastic and just the right place to relax! Those who would like to have it private away from the tourist hustle and bustle will get their money's worth here! Absolute recommendation!

Location is in the middle of the action. Lots of late night activities around. Apartment was very quiet though. Walkable to everything. More like a hotel room. Suited well to what we needed. Parking was a huge bonus. Would come back again.

Good value stay! Parking is a bit tough as most streets can be parked on by residents only.

I had a wonderful time at this apartment, the neighbourhood was quiet, peaceful, and lush. The park nearby has a great atmosphere and there are a ton of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance as well. Main attractions such as the Castle District are just a tram ride away. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a month of working, which included cooking some meals at home, and doing laundry. The air conditioner worked great once the summer heat kicked in! Dr. James welcomed me during check-in and was very friendly, and responded quickly to any issues or questions I had, even coming after work to help troubleshoot the router (it was fixed very quickly, thank you again!) I highly recommend James' place for a quiet retreat away from the city, where you can discover the nice vibe of Buda.
