In the vicinity of the Káli Basin, in the Nivegy Valley, in Szentjakabfa, we offer a guesthouse for rent, which was completed in 2021. The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 more guesthouses welcome guests. The house has its own garden, terraces and a barbecue oven. The guest house also has a covered parking space. A 15x4.5 meter saltwater pool is also available for guests of the Almond Garden. The Almond Garden is recommended for those who love peace and quiet.

White Wine House

Our authentic and at the same time modern vacation home ensures that you immediately get into the holiday atmosphere and yet also have all the comforts that are needed. For example, we have a Jacuzzi, large walk-in shower, AC, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and so on. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. Outside, you can enjoy two terraces, a barbecue, a heated dining table, a lounge set, sunbeds, a hammock and a badminton court.

It has a 30 sqm private terrace where you can admire the Danube and Visegrad Castle. The apartment has two floors, at the bottom of the huge terrace, the living room, kitchen and bathroom, on the top floor there are two bedrooms.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. If you get home from a city walk or an evening wine, the relaxing, private jacuzzi at the end of the garden awaits you. During the winter period from November to May, the use of the jacuzzi is available at an extra cost. The price shown does not include the tourist tax! Children (0-14 years) and pets are not allowed!
