This incredible 54m2 flat, lovingly constructed by an architect and designer, is a hybrid (almost a penthouse) apartment with a terrace and a small garden on the third floor of a top-tier building. Breakfasts and drinks with friends are an absolute joy on the terrace, surrounded by green plants and a sense of serenity while in the middle of downtown Budapest. We designed the interior and manufactured most of the pieces, creating a unique sense of joie de vivre. A sunny, marvelous home for all.

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Welcome to the Zoltan's apartment! Beautiful and comfortable apartment in the heart of the city. Andrassy boulevard (UNESCO world cultural heritage) is just two corners away and the famous Kiraly street 20 meters from the apartment! The location is quiet, but in walking distance from most city attractions (Opera house, Heroe's square, House of terror, restaurants, pubs). But I also have 3 bicycles you can use freely if you want to cover more ground and cruise the city during your stay :)

You are just few steps from our famous Opera house and the vibrating Andrássy street, the center of culture, theatres and fashion (with the biggest fashion brands). Most sigths are also in walking distance. If you want to discover the city it is the best place to start.

This generous two-bedroom, two-bathroom, turn-of-the-century apartment on the bank of the Danube River hasn't only been the obvious choice for set location for several films, but should be your obvious choice for your upcoming trip to Budapest, too. It boasts a unique panoramic view of Budapest and is located at the corner of the famous Gellert Hotel & Spa and just a 10-minute walk from downtown Budapest.

Zinc cottage, winterized nest in nature

If you would like to sleep in a forest environment, listen to the birds chirping, and eat well on the garden terrace, then we look forward to welcoming you at the Cinke cottage. You can grill in the garden, play ping pong, watch the stars, go on nice hikes in the area, do sports, hike, kayak, or just enjoy the closeness of nature. We recommend the cottage primarily to hiking and nature lovers. :) Tourist tax is not included in the price.

Chestnut, guesthouse in the Danube Bend

Chestnut guesthouse is a fully renovated A-frame cabin in the town of Nagymaros, only a few minutes away from the forest. With its breath-taking panorama, outdoor fireplace big garden and calm atmosphere it provides a good opportunity to relax and slow down a bit. Air conditioning (and electric panels in the winter) heat and cool the cabin so it we are open all year. The cabin can host 4 people, any pets are also welcomed.

Our Danube bend cabin is the perfect place to escape from all that big city hustle and bustle. You can put your feet up in front of the fireplace after a hike in the nearby national park, warm up on our panoramic terrace after a swim down by the natural Danube shore, cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, on the charcoal barbecue, or grill in the nearby firepit.
