Barbecue, cauldron, sandpit, garden furniture are at your disposal. The Villa is equipped with air conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi. A pleasant walk away you can find ice cream parlors, the cozy canal bank, free beach, small shop. We are looking forward to seeing you! Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
