A fabulous view, tranquility and birdsong await you when you visit the Kis Cinke Guesthouse. This jewel box has been hiding in a quiet cul-de-sac on the hillside of Tahitótfalu since 1965, many memories and experiences were born here, until 5 years ago we saw it and fell in love with it. Since then, we have been renovating and building our guest house. Now that it's finally finished, we'd like to share with you the experience of what it's like when life slows down and you're surrounded by nothing but tranquility.

Forest-edge cottage – Gesztenyés Backpackers

If you want to get away from the city and relax in peace on the edge of the forest, this cottage is the perfect choice. Listen to the birds chirping while drinking your morning coffee, lounge in the hammock under the old chestnut tree, walk along the Mohás Spring on the Óház Lookout hiking trail, and to finish, stop by one of the nearby wineries or just admire the starry sky from the garden. The house can comfortably accommodate two adults and one child (from baby to 12-13 years old) with one extra bed.

Röpke Guesthouse

Our goal was to create a cozy, homely nest in a harmonious environment. The guesthouse is ideal for hiking enthusiasts and those who want to hide for a few days near the forest, not far from the Danube bank. The tiled stove and the tub are a special experience for the cold, cuddly days after a long hike.

Directly from the house there are numerous possibilities for hiking and cycling tours through the picturesque Balaton highlands. Take a break in a vineyard and enjoy the wonderful view over the Hungarian sea with a glass of wine and a Hungarian meal.

Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.
