Vacation rentals with a home theater in Hung Yen

Chủ nhà rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Phòng rất sạch đẹp, gồm 2 phòng ngủ 2 phòng tắm và có cả máy chiếu để xem phim. Sofa ở phòng khách có vết ố nhẹ nên chủ nhà có thể cân nhắc giặt lại. Phòng bếp được chuẩn bị cực kì đầy đủ gia vị, tiện nghi, có cả tỏi và hành, tuy nhiên hình như không có lò vi sóng. Ngay tầng 1 có siêu thị và khá nhiều các dịch vụ khác. Một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời. Khi có dịp chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại.

Completely in love with the place!! The place in personal looks just exactly like the pictures, newly renovated with modern, chic design and comfortable furniture, and having lots of plants around the house is a huge plus. The host was super friendly and responsive, always being helpful whenever it makes senses and despite the place being far away from the city centre, he sometimes offers to drive me to the centre which is something i’m extremely greatful for. Would love to recommend and will definitely stay here again when I’m visiting Hanoi.

Bach helped us out in a pinch when our previously booked Airbnb lost power during 100 degree temps. Despite calling late in the evening and the cleaners still in the process of cleaning, he accepted our reservation and rushed the team to complete. Bach had an entire team of hosts locally that were very responsive. Although, not in the old quarter, it was easy to get around to desired locations using grab. The rooms were very nice and very well air conditioned. Even when we lost power due to city grid maintenance, the first floor room stayed cool. This team bent over backwards to recover what could have been a disastrous start to a shared vacation with my family and my two sister’s families. I highly recommend.

As fellow hosts in the community, Nhung and I have known and supported each other for some time. I was already impressed by the beautiful listings she manages and have had the chance to assist with a few in the past. But this time, during a short trip to Hanoi with a friends, I finally got to book her listing myself—a little surprise I was truly looking forward to. And it did not disappoint. In fact, the apartment became a highlight of our trip, even though our stay was short. The space looked exactly like the photos—if anything, the living room felt even more spacious in real life. Everything was spotless, carefully maintained, and what I personally loved the most were the artworks sourced by Nhung herself from Northern Vietnam, crafted by local artisans. It added a meaningful and cultural touch that made the space feel even more special. Nhung’s team was incredibly communicative and proactive throughout. Its a great place in a great location close to practically everything. Vu was courteous, proactive, helpful and provides any information you require when you ask.

Everything was as explained. We can easily access to anywhere, it is local area in the small alley so you can sneak pick local people’s life. There is chichi noodle shop in the entrance alley only for early morning which cost you less than 2USD. It was amazing. Need to try egg coffee which is right in front of the house. Full of locals. Host responded every second without any delay. Wish to come back next time again.

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

Tolle Lage und tolle Kommunikation. Wenn man in der Altstadt wohnen möchte, wirklich empfehlenswert.

謝謝Tuan的幫忙，四個晚上我們住的很舒適，第三天下午還有清潔人員來打掃，讓我們的空間保持很乾淨。 整體而言是一個很愉快的經驗，房東回覆也都很即時，吹風機燙衣版洗衣機烘衣機應有盡有！很推薦跟Tuan訂房，同一棟大樓我們其他的朋友的住宿經驗就沒有這麼好，所以我們很幸運能找到Tuan!

We enjoyed our stay here. We had an issue and Cindy sorted it out the same day. Very good at communicating. The view from the apartment is cool and handy being near the shopping mall.

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

Beautiful house, very nice location, enthusiastic host. Clean and beautiful swimming pool. Great experience. I will come back.

Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer 3 monatigen Vietnam Reise. So viel Platz!!! 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten! Balkon, Waschmaschine, Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist dass dort keine Touristen wohnen, sondern eher Einheimische und koreanische Expats. Direkt daneben ist ein Vincom Center. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut! Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man Hanoi auf eine nicht touristische Weise erkunden will, weit von Touristenfallen. Excellent!
