Pure enjoyment of nature on the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge your batteries and rest, but also many sporting activities are not limited here. The property is located a little off the beaten path at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Bikers and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. There are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas all over the property. Free parking at the house.

A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

I warmly invite you to spend a great time in my little nest in the middle of Bayreuth. On a beautiful footpath along the river you are directly in the city center within 3 minutes. The apartment has everything you need for a special time with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a work area and a balcony. Rounded off from a parking space on a secure parking deck with a barrier, nothing to be desired remains unfulfilled. I look forward to seeing you!

You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is right next to the small Margrave Castle Schreez.

Our granny apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house and has a separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen is available to the renter completely alone.
