This place is a phenomenal find! I hadn't been to Manila in about 15 years but it's a very special area. The community park, Bay views are truly amazing. Katy was the best to talk to including being so helpful to get the heater battery replaced. The space is stylish, comfortable, has everything you need and could ask for and feel right at home. I could move in next week. I can't wait to return a couple times a year to explore more and more of the area. Very quiet, safe and peaceful location. A binder full of local recommendations, cookbooks to make food there, perfect location for both Arcata and Eureka. My birthday trip was excellent due to being able to stay here.

I loved this Airbnb so much, I didn’t want to leave. I was ready to move in. Great house. Very homey and quiet. I felt safe and had easy access to the grocery store, gas station and liquor store.. all w/in 2 mins or less. The house had all the conveniences too. I’m sad yo leave. Thank you Annie. I hope to get the chance to book again on my next trip north .

The most beautiful view that I ever had!! I can’t believe how lucky I was to find this place!! The view from all sides of the house were to die for!! The home is spacious and decorated so perfectly!! Cozy bed, blankets and pillows! The backward fire pit was so much fun to use and in the morning with had a baby deer and it’s mom enjoying the yard, I couldn’t believe it!! This place is just magical and a must stay ❤️

I'm a 72yo husband to a much younger woman of 69. There are amenities that are inconsequential for much younger travelors that matter moreso to the silver crowd. Understand that nothing I add here subtracts from the accommodations listed, they are only observations near and dear to weary geriatrics. The unit is up a flight of stairs that are attached to the exterior of the building. This is a non-issue to travelers younger than I. The bathroom has been meticulously remodeled. Shower has a wide entry door with a minimum of threshold so no stubbed toes. However, the large shower has no grab bars which is concerning when you can't open your eyes while rinsing or turning. I have found that not all commodes are the same height so be aware this unit has a very low landing height without a grab point to resurrect one to upright. Nonetheless, the unit remains a fantastic lodging experience and in no way should my observations deter an informed traveler from selecting Scott's great offering.

Can' te expect anything more than a pretty house, a wonderful host who gives you a tour of their garden plants, a beautifully decorated bed room, comfortable bed and a pristine neighborhood. Christine, it was so nice having fresh bread and chatting with you. I had a wonderful experience and hopefully will stay here again!!
