This review is written on behalf of my mother who has now stayed at this location twice. She notes that the Airbnb was great and went on to state that it was attractive and comfortable and that she highly recommends staying there. It had plenty of room, an equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bed, as well as thoughtful owners. "I really do think it’s especially nice."

what more could you dreams of when you wake up and there are dear grazing underneath your balcony, amazing experience ! well worth the minor detour we have taken.

We have stayed here in the past , and always look forward to our next visit. The attention to detail is greatly appreciated.

This attractive downtown cottage was lovely, convenient, and centrally located among many things to do in Arcata. The space provided everything I needed for my stay and the host was left clear instructions for check-in, amenities, and things to do. When I return to Arcata, I would definitely book this place or another space hosted by Humboldt Vacation Rentals. Thank you so much!

Couldn’t recommend it more! The warm and welcoming owners instantly made us feel at home, sharing their passion for hosting and local tips. The beautifully decorated bungalow was cozy and comfortable, surrounded by lovely gardens that created a serene atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight, as we were given fresh eggs from the charming chickens on the property! Overall, our stay was a perfect blend of relaxation and hospitality

Trinidad is such a gem! From Michelle's place, it's a short walk to some bluffs with an incredibe view, and a little further to beautiful Trinidad State Beach and Trinidad head. Michelle's place was just what we needed to relax and get cozy in between trips to nearby beaches, tide pools and redwoods. Michelle was very communicative and check-in and check-out was easy. It was a joy to stay here! My husband and two friends of ours stayed here for a wedding. There was plenty of space for all of us, the backyard is absolutely stunning and we felt right at home. The house is super close to town where there is some fun vintage shopping and restaurants. We ended up extending our stay by a day and the host made it incredibly easy and efficient. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place in the center of old Acacia. Just 2 of us and 2 smallish dogs - 4 humans in the space would have been really tight. 3 block walk to Cal Poly. Spectacular flowers and roses and beautifully decorated inside. Even beautiful hand- arranged flower arrangements hanging in glass urns - I had to look carefully before I realized they were real. I was a little worried that our dogs would transgress on one of the numerous dog rules, but all went ok. Highly recommend.

Amy’s place is a perfect little get away in beautiful Arcata. Tucked away from downtown but still very accessible. The moment you enter you feel right at home with all the modern amenities and very comfortable bed. I will definitely be reserving this space in the future.

The space was great for a 2 night stay for my roadtrip north. It was very comfy and cozy, with super cute decor! As other reviews state, the shower is quite small (luckily I am a petite person). The best thing about the stay was the fact that Marlen was so warm and responsive! Leading up to the reservation and during, Marlen was very helpful. At one point the heat wasn't turning on and she came over right away to fix it. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at Amy’s house the Canopy. It was a cozy and charming home that is nestled atop a hill that is peaceful surrounded by trees. The house was so cozy. I had the best sleep in a while and loved the views atop the hill at night. Close to Moonstone beach was a plus. I am definitely going to be booking again when I’m town and longer than a night.

Beautiful cottage, nicely appointed, healthy snacks (and some decadent ones!). Loved every minute - will definitely return!

This stay had everything we could have wanted for an evening stop on a highway 101 road trip. Plenty of space to stretch out in a charming farmhouse with any amenity needed. We enjoyed our evening by the fire pit and were greeted upon arrival by a very friendly heard of animals. Fresh eggs and firewood upon request. Pamela was warm and inviting, thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful retreat!

One of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed in. The view of the lost coast is stunning. The unit is incredibly clean with new appliances, including a new washer and dryer and new appliances in the kitchen. The host is amazing and very responsive and allowed us to check in early. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the shelter Cove area.

Belem’s cottage was cozy, pristine clean and we wanted for nothing during our stay. The neighborhood is super quiet. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning. It was a very comfortable stay and we hope to be able to stay there again when we’re up in Eureka visiting family

Scott is a wonderful host and we had a great experience. Everything was better than expected. Really enjoyed our trip.

Delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage style home with a spacious living room and kitchen. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with all of the essentials for coffee, cooking, eating. Hosts were very responsive and friendly, check in was easy. A member of our group with some mobility issues was able to get around perfectly, if that is helpful to anyone needing accessible spaces. It was also down the street from great breweries and places to eat. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

If you’re looking for peaceful surroundings and a cozy clean place to stay, you found the right place. Plus they just opened a new restaurant in town that has amazing food at a really good price

This place was a great stay! It was clean and impressively organized. The place was much more spacious than expected. Perfect for a quaint place to stay while you are in Redway. Hosts were easy to talk to and very respectful. They helped with everything we needed with zero hesitation. They have several kids that are just awesome. The pool was beautiful and the Jacuzzi was just a bonus. Respect them as hosts and your stay will be great. Couldnt ask for much more 🤙

Alexas place was perfect for our stay. Roomy for 2, very clean, and she added her farm made yogurt as we had to leave very early. Thank you!
