Comfortable off the street cottage. The archway to the property is a good test of ones navigational skills albeit worthwhile in the end. A lovely place to stay with an awesome town surrounding you.

The Hannah:- Really quirky accommodation. Every room was clean and spotless with no scuffs or gathering dust. Fabulous furnishings certainly make it homely. My only thought was that this accommodation was situated right in the centre of the action which if its overly busy might be a little invasive if you wanted some privacy, but that's a personal choice. We had a dog with us, so we ate our amazing breakfast, which was included in the accommodation price, in the tepee, which yet again, was another amazing space which followed the decor of our accommodation, and although there's only canvas between you and the outside there's big blower to keep you warm. I would highly recommend Ava's property and would be more than happy to stay there again.

We had a great time at T&T’s which we used as a base to catch up with family who live locally. Host was super responsive to the queries we had in advance of our stay. We used some of the local recommendations (restaurants and beaches) which were great. In a nutshell, a lovely home - stylish, cosy and comfortable, we would definitely stay again.

Lovely Easter weekend in a beautiful property which accommodated different families and different age groups. Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of different seating areas for dining and relaxing. The teenagers appreciated the games space and the pool table. The location is very peaceful yet only 15 minute drive to Southwold.
