Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Among other things, there is a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eater Giovanni Midwoud that also delivered. There is a motorboat available for a fee. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

The apartment is located on the ground floor directly behind the huge sea dike of Den Helder. Here are beautiful sea views every day. The best view during the Sail Den Helder event! In the always cool sea breeze, the tough history of the area can be experienced up close, as well as the city center or the relaxed island of Texel. Within less than 1.5 hours drive (!) you will find some of the best tourist attractions in the Netherlands - such as Amsterdam. All well worth great day trips!

The chalet is placed in a unique location close to the beach and a view of the bulb fields + dunes. The accommodation is located next to our beautiful riding school; we try to take our guests into account as much as possible in terms of (noise)nuisance, but we do work to look after our horses. Luxurious and spacious appartment in a converted original Texel sheep barn (Boet). Spectacular view. BnoB: breakfast is not included, but a supermarket is just nearby. Fully equipped kitchen, a very spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bedroom. Total floorspace is approx. 65 m2. Comfortable underfloor heating throughout. Free Wifi, TV. The boet holds only one appartment which is situated on the ground floor, so you won't be sharing with other guests.

Our B&B is located in the heart of Waarland, with Alkmaar, Schagen and Heerhugowaard within cycling distance. It is a guest house for 4 people, suitable for a family with older children. There is no train station in Waarland and in the evening there are no buses. Without a car, we may not be the right location. For stays longer than 5 days, a discount is given, but you have to take care of the breakfast yourself.
