Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small swimming pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails 5 min walk from the accommodation.

We are 5 km from the Alhambra and the center of Granada, possibility to go by car or urban bus (every 10min) from Cenes. 30 km from Sierra Nevada ski resort (Pradollano parking) direct exit. 70 km from the beach (45 min drive by highway). In addition, due to its privileged location, you can practice hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking and paragliding.

It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.

All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

(Cultural Interest Asset) environment 15 minutes from downtown Granada, and the Albaicín, with public transport 50 meters away, and 200 from the Abbey, with parking located at the same door, public, but where there is always availability. When staying at David's Cave, you'll be allowed to enter the cave through the Albaicín (World Heritage Site)
