We live on the other side of the eyebrow colonial, originally built in 1800. Please see the other details to note, including that the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.
