Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Hudson River

We stayed for a few days at the zen cottage and it was the most relaxing and peaceful weekend. The cottage is exactly has described and super clean. Alma and James were very helpful and welcoming. Overall had an extremely enjoyable weekend and hope to come back soon

Martina’s cottage was fantastic. Everything was as advertised. Fantastic lighting, large space and, unbelievable views.

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Beautiful place, we loved the hot tub, the fire pit the gorgeous bedroom and fully stocked kitchen. A dream to cook and hang out in. This is a place you want to stay in and not leave. Internet and wifi was excellent. Communication was great. The projector system didn't work at all and we did get some help, and when they weren't able to help they offered us a free night stay if we wanted to stay another day. However, please stop with the AI responses they are not helpful and just make it feel less responsive once you realize it's not a human. Cons were just that the sofa isn't very comfy or loungeable, but that's really it. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We spent the weekend in the area and Tim’s place was fantastic. It’s loaded with charm, comfortable and very well appointed and stocked (right down to treats for the dog). The location is beautiful and the views are amazing. Can’t wait to return!

This place is truly magical - there aren’t many place that offer you a private waterfall and creek for the weekend. If you’re looking for peace and quiet near the sound of a running creek and waterfall, this is the place!

Edina and Glen's house was beautiful, spacious, and pristine. It was the perfect setting for a "girls weekend". The grounds were stunning, and made for a great setting. Very close to town, shopping, and wonderful restaurants. We really appreciated that our hosts were very proactive in reaching out and making all instructions clear. The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. It was newly renovated, clean, easy to locate, and in a prime location. We met Graham when we got there. He was outside working on more renovations, and he became a friendly face and helpful resource throughout our stay. The patio was definitely worth it. It was so peaceful and serene to just sit in the hot tub and stare off at the creek and mountains. The less than 10 minute walk to town on the abandoned tracks was so easy, romantic, and fun. This is a great place to stay for couples or families!

We loved how quiet and peaceful the location was. We also loved the homey touches- the local books, the honor store out back, the fact that there was the cafe under the apartment. The setting was beautiful and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the brook and the spring peepers!

This place was absolutely charming! It just had the nicest vibe. Loved the record player, the artwork, the soft lighting, and the many snug corners for reading, playing cards, or having a cup of tea. Can’t say enough good things about this place. So fun to walk out the door and be right on Warren. Zach was a terrific host, super quick to communicate and to help. We had a wonderful stay at Katherine’s beautiful cottage in Kingston. The home was cozy, clean and thoughtfully decorated ~ truly a perfect retreat. Surrounded by nature, the peaceful setting made it easy to relax and unwind. Katherine was a warm and responsive host, making everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of the Hudson Valley!

My wife, dog, and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Michael's place. The land is beautiful, the place itself is actually even nicer than the pictures, and there is plenty to do in the area. We will definitely be coming back!

The house was perfect for us, just a couple! It felt cozy and the artist studio/pool table was perfect for entertainment! Host was proactive with instructions and was super friendly! Would stay here again!

cute house and wonderful weekend

The home was absolutely amazing—truly even better than the pictures. The photos don’t do it justice. Everything about our stay was perfect, from the clear directions and easy check-in to the beautiful space itself. The host was very friendly and highly communicative throughout. I honestly wish we could build a place like this in the future. This has been the best Airbnb I’ve booked since I started using the platform back in 2010. You will love this place—highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Nicole’s villa. It was very clean and well kept. She was very responsive to all communication. Overall Nicole’s villa was a great little gem close to the casino yet away from the noise!

The house is very modern, clean and organized. Nice stay, but too bad the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the outdoor space.

Stay was great, enjoyed the Spa and the hot tub ! I wish the hot tub closing times were posted somewhere but other than that it was great ! Fire place was a also very cool and the fire starter that is supplied was very helpful

Dove Haven is truly a special spot that shows that someone (Patty) cares about it a lot. The house is very well stocked and we never lacked for anything. And the collection of available umbrellas was greatly appreciated (yes, a bit of rain). Spacious hot tub (accommodates 8, nicely) is well-located on adjacent deck with beautiful view of spectacular garden. Rare to find a place where each of the five bedrooms, (with en suite or nearby bathroom), would be a master bedroom in a typical Airbnb. The master bedroom lives up to the billing with a monstrous bathroom including an inviting tub and a private porch. Public tennis courts and public pickleball courts nearby (less than a mile down West Rock Ave) were a treat. As was brunch at Bella’s Cafe (highlighted in Patty’s online notebook). Just plain terrific from beginning to end.
