Our house was a historic cottage, built in the 1880s. We built a new house around the cottage. We are Artists and our guest bedrooms are in a sense galleries. Guests have the entire second floor, 2 bedrooms, perfect for couples who are traveling together & families with teenagers. The back is the private entrance to the stairs. We live on a quiet and pleasant dead end street. The views of the Catskills & gardens are awesome. Located near Hunter Mountain Festivals, Woodstock & Katterskill Falls.

Spacious & Private Hudson Valley Getaway

Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

Enjoy mornings on the screened-in porch overlooking the lake, take out a rowboat to relax or make your next big catch, and watch the sun set from our private beach.

Cooperstown All Star Village baseball park is just 3 minutes drive from our home. Welcome to ,,One Charming Suite” A second floor private entrance invites you to a cozy, clean and comfortable queen sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower level there is a stationary bike for a quick work out if desired. In this unit we provide tea kettle ,small refrigerator ,coffee maker and washer/dryer. The nightlife is lively especially on Second Saturday, and you are only little over an hour by train to NYC. You'll love the secluded ridge location, and your friendly host and hostess.

Windy Top Cottage ~ A Romantic "European" Getaway

The Windy Top Cottage is an old stone building constructed in 1932 by H. L. Bitter, a wealthy Hartford businessman. This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century. The cottage was the quarters for the domestic staff while the family was in North Granby. With an elevation of 970, we offer clean, fresh country air!
