Jack was an excellent host. As someone who primarily travels by vehicle, I recognize that parking is the biggest pain when visiting big cities. Having parking at this property was very valuable. Jack was very helpful and quick to respond. His property was tidy and offered lots of amenities. Well deserved 5/5 stars.

I would recommend this apartment with a magnificent view of New York and with easy bus access to get to NYC via Port Authority. We also had the chance to meet Sal who was extremely friendly.

We had a great time in Union City, at Dana's studio. Despite the cold, the studio was always well heated. The kitchen elements work very well and there was always hot water. The neighborhood is very quiet and we could walk our dog without problems or even take her out to go to the bathroom at 1 am, without feeling unsafe. Bus stops are very close and you can get to Manhattan in 20 minutes. Totally recommended!

Great accomodation for a visit to New York. Hoboken is pleasant, the bus, train and ferry connections to Manhattan often and easy. Pubs and a supermarket around, the neighbourhood is enjoyable by day and quiet enough for a good sleep by night. Above that we felt safe the whole time. The flat was tidy and corresponded to the description. We liked to stay there as it is lovingly furnished and equipped with all the necessary things you need when being on tour. We appreciated the good bed for a good sleep, liked the design and enjoyed the many small amenities to discover bit by bit. Above that Tim and Dianna are very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed our stay at Mignon‘ s apartment. It was pretty clean and spacious. The bus stop to New York was very near and easy to find. Express bus using NJ transit app was pretty helpful. Also, we appreciated the parking lot in front of the apartment. Thank you.

Great host, very helpful on instructions to get to on the bus. Flexible check out as our flight was later in the evening. Great location as was outside of the city but the bus journey was fast and we went past the manhattan skyline along the way. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place, with stunning views of the manhattan skyline. Away from the noise and crowds, yet it is very easy (and cheap) to get to midtown with the buses that run frequently. I was visiting NYC with my elderly parents, and they were very comfortable (as were my wife and myself). Highly recommended!

What a great base for visiting New York. Close to all amenities, bus, shops, restaurants. The accommodation was very clean and the host was very clean and equipped with every comfort. We had a fantastic week. Very worth staying here.

We stayed as a group of three. Although it takes some time to get to New York City, the bus stop was very close, which made getting around convenient. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

This was our second time staying at Mike’s - his place feels just like home! Super clean, well-equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom & spacious. Mike is very prompt, friendly and helpful - helped us out immediately when one of our suitcases combination lock jammed. The location is serene & minutes away from NYC. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Mike’s place and would highly recommend anyone to stay! Special thanks to Mike for his hospitality!!

I had an exceptional experience during my stay in this wonderful property, and I can confidently say it was the best accommodation I’ve experienced in NY area. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how the house looked and felt even better than I had anticipated. The inviting atmosphere and attention to detail truly set it apart. The property was equipped with everything I could possibly need, from essential bathroom supplies to a fully stocked kitchen, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. I appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into preparing the space for guests. Additionally, the host was exceptionally communicative and responsive, providing clear and helpful instructions and tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and felt right at home. I am already looking forward to my next visit and will definitely choose this property again. We had a perfect stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was ideal—peaceful, yet close to everything. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout the space. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house was really good and we were a large group who enjoyed our time there. We had some missing toiletries and kitchen items but Ed was very responsive to get it sorted for us.
