We stayed for a NYE getaway and needed more time after the given check-out time. I messaged and received a resounding yes in a few minutes. Best NYE to relax and enjoy Lake Texoma and the surrounding beauty. This is a MUST stay for anyone visiting in the Mead, OK area!

My wife & I fell in love with the cabin. The cabin was neat, clean and the property was also very clean. We felt at home and will definitely recommend that anyone should at least visit here once a month.

This is our second time coming back here and it is fantastic! The staff is nice and the setting of the cabin is so calm and peaceful it was perfect for just getting away from the city and enjoying nature! Will definitely come back here again!

Absolutely loved the cabin at the lake. It was very well maintained-seemed like it was fairly new. The night light option on the switch in the bathroom was my favorite-I hate having to take a night light to a hotel for the bathroom! The only thing that I would have liked, is some kind of small stand in the bathroom for toiletries and maybe a small stand to place a suitcase on. Will be returning next week-I love it!

Had a great time. Staff was very friendly due to their staff working outside around the cabin that I rented. They put us in a different cabin to keep us from hearing all the noise that was very thoughtful. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Dawn with the marina resort, was absolutely the best! Communication the day of, throughout and checking out was great! A picture can’t describe how beautiful the sunset/sunrise on lake is, the area clean and quiet. We will definitely be going back any time we have to stay for a long period of time.

The cabin was a great stay and the hot tub was amazing! It does take a little bit to warm up so make sure to let it run a few min before getting in. The only thing was some of the trails that go behind the cabins are now “private property?” There was someone down the trail with an alarms set in the woods, I’m sure there will be communication between Karon and those tenants and hopefully that’ll get updated in the listing, besides that hiccup of being escorted down the trail by a neighbor… it was great and Karon was so so nice!!

We loved the home! The unique design and decorating inside were very pleasing to the sight and fit right in with the comfortable feeling we had the whole time we were there. Wonderful stay at A-frame State of Mind! House was perfect for our girls’ trip and had all the amenities listed PLUS more. Beds were super-comfy, view was so peaceful, and the detailed instructions were unmatched by any other ABnB I’ve stayed in. The night lights throughout the house were so helpful when getting up in the middle of night. Would highly recommend and hope to return for another visit! This is by far the BEST experience we’ve ever had at an AirBnB. Keith and Kathy did everything in their power to make our stay feel like home. In our reservation we had mentioned we were going to visit Turner Falls, and when we arrived an adorable cookie cake of with a frosted Turner falls was waiting for us. That thoughtfulness seems to come natural to Kathy and Keith. They are incredibly responsive hosts, and will help in any way that could improve your stay. On our third night we wanted to set up a fire in the outdoor fire pit to make s’mores, and Keith was wonderful in setting up the campfire and ensuring we had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be coming back and recommend you stay at this property as well!

Nice cozy place! Had fun :) as its remote in the woods, there is a problem of insects and pests, but overall good stay.

Did not want to leave, wish I owned this as my personal home. Cabin had everything we could possibly need right down to games. The area is great as we felt undisturbed by anyone and we easily found places to hike the woods and go to the lake. everything was spotless, wifi, hot water, temperature control all worked perfectly. Checking in and out could not have been easier. The fire pit was phenomenal, the biggest we have come across and it was so nice on a cold night. Funny enough I think one of my favorite things was the back porch looking into the trees where my daughter and I had coffee each morning, it felt special for us. The perfect get away.

What a fun place to stay! Everything is as described and even better in person! A lot to do with games etc and plenty of space to explore outside. Our young boys LOVED climbing up the ladder to the loft like we were in a treehouse. Kayla was very communicative and thoughtful leaving Easter egg baskets for the kiddos. We wish we could have stayed longer! highly recommend!!

Shannon's place was perfect for us with just the right amount of rooms and ample indoor and outdoor space for everyone, including our dog. It was also close to downtown and Lake Murray which was nice and convenient. Shannon was a responsive host and I'm glad we booked with her.

Our stay at the Lake House was very nice. The house is not huge but there was plenty of room for us all. We cooked most of our meals. The kitchen is stocked, but I missed my knives. The very best part of our stay was access to the beach. It was wonderful! The water is very shallow so the littles could get in a play without us worry about them too much. The sand is as white as any beach in Texas. So nice! The kids loved playing in it too. It was a little bit of a hike down to the beach. It would not be an easy walk for someone who is somewhat handicapped. But we all made it just fine. The main road is a little noisy during the day, but not much noise at night. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was very peaceful but close to town which was very convenient. Plenty of sleeping space for our large group. House was nice and the front porch was so beautiful to sit quietly on and enjoy the scenery.
