We loved our stay, the flat was really comfortable and convenient with great links to the city, Simon was great with communicating with us and I would really recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. 10/10 thank you Simon

Lovely comfortable apartment, felt very secure and private, made a nice change to have some pops of colour throughout and the bedroom in particular was of a fab standard. We had one small issue which was dealt with by Lucio very quickly, we found him very friendly and responsive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to return.

Overall the flat was perfect. Fabulous location. Inside was recently decorated and appliances were brand new. The bed was advertised as King size and as we come from Canada we expected it to be like our King beds whereas it is a large double. We were able to use the sofa bed though. Bottom line apart from the bed size it was as advertised. Thanks Simon and Sansan

lovely apartment located close to local,shops,bars,restaurants and the beach. Apartment was exactly as described in the listing with fantastic sea views across the parade. The instructions and guides sent in advance of the visit where really helpful and any questions raised where responded to in a timely manner. The bed was super comfy and the Sunroom was to die for and we spent hours looking across the bay following days out and about.

Amazing location on the sea front. A really spacious, and surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside. Really helpful host, thank you! Complimentary eye masks provided for bedrooms which is definitely needed. Well equipped and very clean.

A beautiful place to spend some time in Brighton. Near enough to the centre, but in a calm location. The apartment is absolutely wonderful, with excellent facilities. Philip is a lovely host

Sophie’s flat is absolutely fantastic, gorgeously decorated, immaculate and in the perfect location in Hove (~20min walk to Brighton Pier). Plenty of space for the 4 of us for a weekend stay and we could not fault it at all - beds were super comfy and the flat had all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Sophie is a fantastic host - great communication and a genuinely lovely person, which really made our visit feel like a home away from home. Honestly could not recommend her place enough!

We enjoyed our time at Oak cottage very much. The house is beautiful with all the right amenities, clean, and well organized would highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place, our family loved the tree house, the lake and the boats. The wildlife were amazingly tame. Katherine and Alex were great friendly and communicative hosts. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Vicky's house. Very comfortable and clean, no surprises, and looks like the photos. Shoreham Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the front of the house overlooking the river is very relaxing. Last of all Vicky was very easy to deal with and responded quickly. Would recommend.

Our stay for NYE at Dolphin Cottage was absolutely amazing. John was a fantastic host who we happened to meet on the way in as he was dropping off eggs and fresh bread for our stay! He was so welcoming and gave us clear instructions as to how everything in the house worked; the heating, fire, tv etc. The house was in the perfect location, a short walk to all amenities and across the road from the beach. We’d recommend the cottage and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

To be honest the pictures don't do this place justice. If you think it looks amazing in the pictures you'll even more surprised when you see it in person. Beautiful property, amazing location. The walk around the river is lovely. Didn't make it to the lake. There's a little hight street with a few food places and its about a 25 min drive into Brighton. Each floor has a balcony looking over the river. Beds are very comfortable. The place is very well looked after with no expense spared. The second lounge has a big TV with a good surround system so if you want to watch a movie or sports it's perfect. Came down with a few friends for one night to get away for the weekend. We booked the night before but Amy and Tom were very responsive, helpful and friendly and the whole thing was very easy to organise. Amazing hosts. Perfect getaway spot. Will definitely be looking to visit again.

We had such a great stay at Cat and Andy’s place! The place was clean, tidy, and super spacious! The pictures did not do it justice. We would throughly recommend this property, the hosts were fantastic- kind, responsive and helpful, and the place was perfect - location phenomenal and price amazing! Thanks so much Cat and Andy!

The accommodation was fantastic and very comfortable. The big supermarket was very close, and we had a lot of cafes etc close by. It was worth the stay. Also, there are plenty of buses that take to the city centre from where one can take a short walk to the beach. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Kate's place is wonderful and was a delight to stay in. You can tell Kate has a good eye for design and the apartment has been decorated with love and attention. We had a fabulous weekend and I can thoroughly recommend Kate as the perfect host! ❤️

Location, facilities, parking and accommodation exactly as Will has described and PERFECT for a city break for a couple to explore all of Brighton's best places within very easy walking distance. The parking arrangement is brilliant and easy to get to and,as is said in the details, literally 3 minute walk to the accommodation. Inside the accommodation is everything that is needed and of good quality in a very well used space. Location fantastic: local area some great pubs and restaurants; few minutes onto Brighton beach; 5 minutes walk to Royal Pavilion , then into The Lanes. Communication with Will accurate and prompt - met Will when we arrived (we were a bit early) - great bloke and so helpful.

Spacious and bright place in a nice location. not too far from the beach but a quieter area. convenient. it was a good base.
